How do I know if I am on someone else's best friend list on Snapchat?
Hi, straight to the point. I am not very familiar with Snapchat but I have some history with it. Here are two ways..This is very old -fashioned, ask them- now it may sound dumb, but people actually will take interest on you since they will have this feeling you've been thinking about them. This makes them feel important and more open about it.Here is the second way. When you friend a fellow snapchatter, you can see in the chat(swipe to the right) that there are snapscores.So, this is really the only ways I know, maybe someone else can add to this, but I hope you figure out which ever reason you have to ask this question.

Try restart your console and see if that works, if not try signing in and out of your Xbox account, if that doesn't work give it a day to see if it is a problem on Microsoft's end, if there's no improvement then I would advise you to contact Microsoft's support hub for further assistance.
What does it mean when you add someone to your "close friends list"?
I have my boyfriend on my 'Close Friends' list. When you add someone on it, it allows you to see anything that that person has commented on and liked, along with giving you a notification every time they update their status. It's kind of stalkerish but I like it.(:

If you add someone's friend code to your 3ds friend list, it will say: provisionally registered friend. will the person you added be notified if you want to add them as an official registered friend once they go online? or does the person has to add you without any notifications? If I unblock someone on Facebook, why do I have to send a friend request if I was the one who originated the block?
There are two conditions when you block a person on Facebook.He/she is in your friend list: If he/she is in your friend list and you just block him, Facebook will remove you from his/her friend list also and when you unblock him, Facebook send him a friend request from your side because he/she was in your friend list when you blocked him.He/she is not your friend: If you blocked someone who's not in your friend list and after sometime when you unblocked him, Facebook will not send a friend request to him because he/she was not in your friend list when you blocked him.

Open the app so you are on the camera, in the top left corner you’ll see your bitmoji or the Snapchat ghost, tap that and you’ll see your snap code and 3 options underneath, select the 3rd option (my friends) to see all your friends
Why can't I add someone on snapchat?
I sent a snapchat to everyone on my friends list, and then a few minutes later after one of my friends opened it, she was no longer on my friends list. I know she didn't change her username or delete it because i saw her using it today. I tried to add her again and it says the account could not be found. I then created another account to see if it was just a snapchat error, but it worked on the fake account. Have I been blocked, or unfriended?

You answered your own question.. they haven’t added you back or if they did they have since unadded you as you said Snapchat told you “you can’t add blank to group until they add you as a friend”…there is your answer…just because they are on your best friend list doesn’t mean anything.. if someone doesn’t message a lot but they have messaged one person 2 times and those 2 times are more than they messaged anyone else then they will appear as your best friend lol… also just because someone is a best friend on your end it does not mean you are one on their end…
