Terrible shoulder pain while sleeping on side.?

I have been having awful shoulder pain while I am sleeping on my side. I got a new pillow for side sleepers and this has not seemed to help at all. Sometimes my neck feels stiff too. Sleeping on my back or stomach is not really an option either. I don't know what to do...

Any ideas what I can do to alleviate the pain? I really don't want to get into the habit of taking Tylenol every night before bed..

If your worried about if men will have an issue with your body the truth is they won't. One day your gonna find out that most people don't know what they are talking about. They hear that something is true and so they believe it without question. You don't need surgery, I don't think that you will need surgery. Just because your mom went up one cup size(which isn't a large jump in size), doesn't mean that your breast will get larger after your pregnancy. Some women do shrink after pregnancy. Every pregnancy is a bit different, even women that have more than one pregnancy will tell you that each is bit different. Plus your breast are already different from your moms anyway. How can I get bigger legs and calfs?

Things called bunny hops. Don't know if you have heard of them.

Hands clasped behind your head bend down squat like and bounce forward continuously until it hurts like hell. Have a good stretch.

Try running really fast on sand. Not big strides very short ones and try going up and down sand dunes if you live near them.

In addition to all this the best way to build bulk on legs is shocking them with heavy impact. Like jumping of a wall of about waist height, obviously being careful on landing.

Keep doing this and I promise your legs will get massive. The calf thing is more boring just get the ipod in the ear and jog on the spot making sure your knees are raised as high as you can get them. Jog facing north for one minute then turn right jog for another minute turn again face south. do this for four minutes only.

As you get stronger just raise the knees higher and go faster.
