It depends on the country and on the gender. But in general, fuck no! It’s only tall if you’re female and even then, it’s “tall for a female” and not tall in general. So if you’re a male, the answer is No. In Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Germany, most of East Europe, and the United States, 5′11″ is considered short on an adult male (Note I said “considered short.”) because “tallness” for men in these places is 6′1″ and up.So no.
