Say America uses biological warfare against another country. That's against the Geneva convention. What would happen? Obviously we would be incredibly hated lose trade lose allies but would there be a penalty? Would America be attacked? Why or why not?

Our unit served in Congo in 1961–62. We were airlifted from India to Congo by the United States Military Air Transport Service, called MATS.Their Globemasters used to fly between Congo to Germany and UK on a regular basis via Tripoli in Libya. They used to lift rations and Px stores (like our Military Canteen) for UN troops. MATS may have ceased to exist now due to reorganization of logistic infrastructure of the US Military.Reinforcements to our Brigade there were brought by sea from India by the US Military Sea Transport Service, (MSTS). USNS General RM Blatchford was deployed for this duty. Like MATS, MSTS has also been wound up.US military's hands are normally full at all times with fighting/deployment going on in some or other part of the globe. Taking on extra military duties overseas will add to their costs.
