How to become fat?

You are whippet thin. I have the same weight at 5'5" and am chided about my small stature. (but not by my docs- good bloods, lots of muscle, and mostly, I have an extremely tiny skeleton)

You want to combine protein (because muscle gain along wth essential fat is important) with HEALTHY carbs and fats. Healthy carbohydrates are in sweet fruits, whole grains... and healthy fats are things ike nuts, seeds (also tey have protein and calcium!) olive oil, canola (rapeseed) oil, fish oil, fatty fish, avocadoes and coconuts.

Sugars aren't healthy for anyone, in large amounts, so don't binge on junk to gain weight. You'll screw your insulins up.

Have you ever seen an endocrinologist about hormonal factors that may cause the body to be unable to maintain a healthier weight? There are several things that can cause this, and your doctor can you refer you to have a few simple tests. They're almost all controlable through hormone replacement and this could be extremely helpful to you, IF it is the case.

Genetics plays a huge part in things like this, and if you're family are full of tall whippet thin people, then you may have to settle for slightly underweight, in the end.

I'm 20 years now and I'm very thin. How do I become fat? I eat lots of food, but there is no improvement yet. Should I start using proteins? What is a good diet that can make me fat?

For increasing your muscle mass you can do following things..1. Prefer eating rice than wheat.2.Add 2 to 3 egg, 4 to 6 bananas and 300 to 500 ml milk in your breakfast.3. Eat protein rich food like pulses.4. You can also eat smashed white potatoes for calories.5. Eat chicken, meat, fish and if possible red meat.6. If vegetarian, consume dairy products like Paneer. 7. Before going to sleep , eat atleast 2 to 3 bananas and 300ml of milk .8. Drink lots of water.9. Eat at regular intervals say at every 4 to 6 hour which means you should eat 4 to 6 times a day.10. Also consume stuffs like curd, they help in digestion.11. Use some digestive syrup after major meals like lunch and dinner.12. You can also take protein drinks if necessary. But you must consume WHEY Protein only as it has no any side effects. Its perfectly safe. Trust me. I have done a lot of research on it.Also, go for little workout because it will help your body digest more nutrients from the food you consume.

Am I healthy .... or am I becoming fat?

I wieght 135 lbs ... I am a 34C... I am 5.6 ft... My measurements are 36(bust), 29(waist) and 40(bottom/hips)... I excercise all the time but I'm 16 and I have gained weight because of hormones and stuff I guess... Am I getting fat? I would love your advice and please don't feel pressured to say I'm skinny because I might go anerexic or something cuz I take critism very well ... Plus I love sweets too much to have an eating disorder lol .... I am not crazy about being a model or anything I just want to know if I'm healthy or becoming on the wieghty side...Thanks for any input!!

How come women become FAT PIGS after they get married?

Because their boring husbands don't do it for them anymore. Food is a better alternative. We all make mistakes. Maybe your your wife did. Look within.

PLZ TELL ME HOW TO BCOM FAT AND GET WEIGHT WITHIN 1 or 2 MONTHS???

Lots of fast food, like McDonald's, pasta, eggs, foods with lots of sugar. Meat with lots of fat on it. Always drink soda, and lots of it.
