Israeli-Palistinean Conlfict essay?!!?

Hello Jessi, The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict is a dangerous and volatile situation
that has attracted American attention for some decades. The conflict is a
sensitive subject that produce strong emotions in people. This conflict deals
with Jewish nationalism, distribution of resources, and politics.
About a hundred years ago, Jews underwent a drastic change in their view
of themselves. At first a few, and then more, began to call themselves Zionists.
Zionism is a term that in its broadest and early sense meant simply the "return"
of Jews to their ancestral homeland. That homeland was called Zion (or Israel)
and its heart was Jerusalem, known as the "City of Zion." Early Zionists were
simply pious, nonpolitical, religious Jews who thought they could best practice
their faith in the Land of Zion. Some went primarily to pray, to study their
religious books, and to await the arrival of the Messiah. Politics played a
influential role in their thinking. By the beginning of the 20th century,
however, Zionism came to have a political meaning: that Jews were not just a
religious or ethnic group but were a nation of people who should have their own
state. Today Zionism is the term for Jewish nationalism. Read the complete essay here:

What’s a good conflict essay topic (e.g., a shopkeeper arguing with a customer, etc.)?

Often when I am trying to think of something, I close my eyes and let my mind wander for an idea. When I saw your question, I did just this. Here’s what came to mind. The situation is a very talented young child. Athlete, musician, dancer, etc. This particular child is showing potential to be one of the very best in his/her field. All is going well until one day the child is feeling “lazy” about everyday practice and dedication to the skill. Everything could go down the drain, so to speak, if the skill is dismissed due to the child’s lack of enthusiasm. So…here comes the conflict between the child’s parents. One parent thinks it is harmful to push a child to do something that they don’t want to do. Leave things alone and let the kid do something fun. The other parent wants to bribe, push, reward, and whatever it takes to keep the child on track. This argument escalates and becomes a huge family issue. Do children only truly succeed when they are “pushed” to do something? Or…does true talent come from within and cannot be orchestrated by another person’s desire for them to succeed?Good luck with whatever you decide to write about! This is just a quick idea.

What are the causes of conflict in the Middle East?

People may give many reasons for lack of peace in Middle-East but the true reason is the rich oil resources of the region. Not just oil but this piece of land is also blessed with natural gas and other natural resources; 32% of the world’s natural gas rests in the hands of Middle-East states. So, to be very serious the war going on in Middle-East is more a result of international conspiracies than it is of sectarian violence.Middle-East is rich of oil, petroleum, gas, opium, gold and aluminium resources.Seeing these facts one must consider that ‘’Why these countries are not developing? The reason is that international powers are using these countries as nothing but their war grounds to fulfil their vested interests. All of this is a conspiracy of anti-Muslim powers.Yes, some of the middle-east states i.e. Saudi Arabia are progressing much faster than others but the reason is that not a single one of the 1.6 billion Muslims of the world would stay low if something happens to Saudi Arabia. Also that Saudi Arabia and other such nations sell petrol and natural gas to world’s powers on low rates and easy terms. You might be surprised but this is true, the human-blood is being shed for nothing but the gain of power. The UN has failed miserably in prevailing peace in Middle-East. In fact UN The United Nations is not more than a Debating Society. The so-called ambassadors of peace instead of making efforts to prevent war and save human lives give preference to their own interests. The current situation in Syria is hidden from none.Armies enter these countries ignoring their regional sovereignty, in the name of prevailing peace, fight for their own interests and once they have been fulfilled they leave. No one cares for the hundreds of thousands that have that and the ones that are being killed daily either by terrorists or the ambassadors of peace. The only thing these cowards care about is gaining control natural resources of the region at any cost of all.

What opportunities and conflicts emerged as during the westward movement? Essay Help?

The opportunities were to have land at a cheaper price than in the East and become part of anew territory and anew culture other than the North or the South.

The conflicts came with the Indians and not wanting to leave their lands that had belonged to their ancestors for hundreds of years. They also faced isolation in a new land with few neighbors or towns.
Clearing the land for agriculture was difficult and dangerous. Medical emergencies and early deaths left some families unable to survive. Roads were few and the few trhat existed were impossible to travel during certain times of the year.
