How is my boyfriend hiding his facebook activity from me?

My boyfriend and I exchanged Facebook passwords about 2 months ago just so we could have more trust in our relationship.

Just today I went on his Facebook and saw some activity on his Wall that I've never noticed before, like a comment he made on a girl's photo. I logged off of his Facebook and logged back onto mine, and went back to his Wall. The new activity I noticed was gone, he only left the ones that would be acceptable to me...like comments he made on his cousin's pages.

How did he make the activity unviewable to me? I know you can hide activity but doesn't that also hide the story from your Wall as well?

How can I hide my Facebook activity from my girlfriend?

I don't think there is a way to block her from seeing that sort of activity on Facebook from your end. From her end, if she goes to a post of yours and clicks on the little arrow looking icon at the top right corner of the post, there will be an option to hide posts. This will prevent her from seeing the new friends you make on Facebook, but I do not believe it'll do anything about the likes. As always with relationships, you should be honest with her. You should be able to have friends who are girls and like their posts without your girlfriend getting upset about it. You chose her for a reason--make sure she knows that reason.I hope this helps you a little bit.

How do you prevent a friend on Facebook from seeing what you like or comment on other people's posts?

You can go for the easiest way and Unfollow that friend, that way he won’t see anything you post without going into your account.Another very good solution, is to set special privacy settings regarding the friend you don’t want seeing your activity. You just have to go to your setting and to the privacy bar. In this section, you can exclude anyone of your friends from seeing your Facebook activity - in the ‘Who can see your future posts?’ index, you choose the ‘costume’ option and exclude whomever you want., just like Facebook says -“Anyone you include here or have on your restricted list won't be able to see this post unless you tag them. We don't let people know when you choose to not share something with them.”This option is also available per every post you share. You can choose to not share your post with specific people, so it will not appear on their feed.

How do I completely hide my activities from my friends on Facebook?

Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't allow to hide that from your friends. What matters is the visibility of the post that your friend has shared. If its public then you can't do much about it except not liking or commenting on it. Facebook has already explained this in their help center. You can read the post here: Who can see stories about my comments and likes in News Feed and ticker? However, if you wish to hide your past likes for such posts then you can unlike them from the view activity log tab of your profile. If you're concerned about more such privacy issues then you can read my post here: How to use Facebook securely This will help you to use Facebook securely.

How to block certain people from seeing your videos on facebook?

I added all my family members into a "family" group and then blocked pretty much everything. They can only see/comment on two photo albums I have up, they can't write on my wall, they can't comment on statuses and they can send me inbox messages but I feign ignorance and claim my inbox isn't working when they complain (when I see them in person) that I never respond back. Maybe you should think about doing that to your mom? My parents, despite me being twenty six, always have something to say about someone I'm talking to or about. So it's easier to ignore them then deal with them. ;)

Facebook blocking and relationship status with a mutual friend?

Hi guys, wondering if anyone knows the answer to this Facebook question. I tried asking it on the Facebook help page a few months ago but got no answer. Here goes:

If "Kurt" and "Michael" are friends on Facebook, and "Anna" blocks Kurt, (meaning nothing about Anna would be visible to Kurt),

And then Anna and Michael put "in a relationship" with each other,

Can Kurt see that Michael is "in a relationship with Anna" because Kurt and Michael are Facebook friends? Or does it just say "Kurt is in a relationship" because Anna's stuff is blocked from Kurt?

Thoughts? If no one knows that's fair too haha. Thanks!

Can i block people from seeing who i add as a friend on their news feed?

No you can't.
