How can you create a Yahoo! account without entering a cell phone number (or any kind of phone number at all)?
It’s possible to create a Yahoo account without mobile number.You need to have either an alternate email address or mobile number which would allow you to reset your password in case you forget one. If you enter your existing email address, then Yahoo won’t ask you for mobile number. But if you’re creating a new Yahoo mail, you’ve to enter the mobile number which will help you with password reset request.See below screenshot. Mobile number field is appearing but when I click on I’d rather use my own email address, the mobile number field goes away.

Hi, The OPTION to widen the column is not available. You can do it ONLY by closing the Advertisement which is displayed to the right side of the screen. But, it's just temporary. If you sign-up for Ad Free Mail for $5/per month, you can keep it permanently. Even you open your mail in Google Browser, the Ads won't appear but the arrow doesn't appear to widen the page. if you click on the"X" ...upper right....on the new message it will "usually" give you the options of SAVING, etc. On some occasions it just disappears...When I have checked my Drafts folder I have found the draft is in there without having to Save it....(I would recommend you composing a new email to yourself to make sure this works) i also found if you click on the folder DRAFTS on the left side it will bring up the option to Save it..... This is from Yahoo Help Central Never lose a message you are composing again! Your email is automatically saved as a draft message every time you stop typing. This means if you go to another screen after you stop typing it goes to your Draft folder. It also, when going to another screen brings up the option to SAVE, etc The last save time will be indicated beside the formatting toolbar.
