well for my 19th birthday... 1) went out for dinner all dressed up 2) my basement has a bar so i planned a cocktail party! 3)one of my friends offered to be the bartender and made us drinks all night long! 4) i got trashed and my dad did too ;P 5) but if u wanna go out i would recommend having people over to pre drink, set some finger foods and drinks out for everyone, and make them dress up. your turning 19, u should look a little more grown up, and they might let you into the bar :) p.s. i look young so i always wear nicer clothes and heels when im going to the bar
