How To Clean Black Coated Dollars

What does black money exactly mean?

Black money refers to unaccounted money. Money whose existence isn’t disclosed.Black money doesn’t necessarily come form illegal means(bribes, loots etc). It can come from everyday earning but becomes ‘black’ when the person refuses to declare it to escape tax. For examples shop-owners or even doctors, who do business with hundreds of people everyday and get some 200–300 per transaction. The fee they get is the result of a hard day’s work. However, since it is in cash, there remains no proof of exactly how much money they earned which is exactly what keeps them in control of whether or not they wish to disclose such income in their tax statements. Normal salaried employees do not have a choice since they have their salary slips from employers. This non-disclosure and subsequent tax evasion is a lot more common than we think. Many salaried employees who have other sources of incomes that aren’t strictly monitored(such as renting out houses, vehicles etc) can, and sometimes do, keep these other dealings either secret or undervalued in their statements.Black money is bad for the government and the economy in general. This is because government needs money for developmental purposes and therefore taxes its citizens. So when citizens decide to evade taxation, the government and subsequently the nation as a whole that benefits(and also requires) from the developmental work, loses out because some people decided to be greedy.

Can activation chemicals ("SSD solution" and others) be used to clean defaced ("black") money? Is this legal?

You cannot make it - because it’s not real. The subject you are asking about is a variation of the Black Money Cash Cleaning Scam ( also see Black money scam - Wikipedia ).Someone gives you an opportunity to obtain “black money” that “just needs a cleaning solution” (the common names include - but are not limited to - “Synthetic Surfacetant Detergent“, “SSD Solution”, “Vectrol Paste”, “Lactima Base” and “microtectine”) to become useable bank notes. The person who provided you the alleged money - or their partner - offers to sell you the “cleaning solution” at a seemingly reasonable price (which you'd "earn back" by making the money useable again). It’s a scam. What you actually have have is actually a pile of colored construction paper that cannot be turned into legitimate currency. As soon as the scammers get your money, you won’t ever see them - or your money - again.

My Dad is a Freaking Idiot. Cleaning Black Mold Improperly?

Oh my god. So today we had a plumber come to fix a water leak. He basically replaced the drain in order to fix it. Then he evaluated the black mold on the ceiling and found out that there is no mold on the wood area, there is only a little bit of black mold on dry wall. The guy recommended having the dry wall replaced rather than trying to clean it. For over a week all indicators and his own words and my mom's words pointed to "yes we'll hire a guy to replace the dry wall or clean it professionally". But my dad is so naive. Today he walks into the room wearing a gas mask, goggles, and sprays some black mold killing solution on the area, then he proceeds to use a regular industrial vacuum with what he claims to be a (special black mold filter). I read online you need a HEPA vacuum, but he doesn't listen. He's already vacuumed the area and now the mold spores are probably all over the place. One of the instructions was to cover the area with heavy duty plastic bags. Well my mom only covered the couch area, not the floor and the wall adjacent to the mold and the doors, windows, vents etc, as instructed online.

They've done this whole mold cleaning improperly. What should I do? There are probably toxic mold spores in every inch of the room. We've had that room closed off from the rest of the house for a week and right now I'm starting to smell something funky, I hope its not the mold spreading to the rest of the house. How would this mess even be fixed from such a poor job?

What happens to the dollar bills if you accidentally leave them in your clothes as your clothes end up going into the washing machine?

Most countries now use plastics in their currency notes, so should survive OK. If a note is badly damaged but recognizable take it to a bank who will often exchange it.

What is SSD cleaning solution used for and is it illegal?

I was rather intrigued by this question since I've worked with surfactants in the past and I hadn't heard of an SSD cleaning solution.  I little bit of googling led me to this site: Black Money Cash Cleaning Scam.Which in turn allowed me to find the correct Wikipedia article: Black money scamTo put it simply SSD cleaning solution is part of a scam in which the scammers supply the victim with "Black Money" which they claim are legal tender that are stained black in order to get them through customs.  When the victim receives the "money" they're then told they need a special chemical to clean the money, which the scammer will provide for a rather steep fee.  This "cleaning solution" will be given several different names one of them being SSD cleaning solution.  As part of the scam there are even people who actually post around the internet pretending to be looking for this SSD cleaning solution.  One scammer who was caught told ABC reporters that the special cleaning solution was actually just water and crushed vitamin C tablets. So to conclude SSD cleaning solution is a random name made up for a scam.  Since it's not real I guess it's legal.

OMG.... Why are my "gold" earrings changing colors?

I just brought a pair of customized gold earrings about 1 1/2 months ago for $250 dollars. They are 10k gold and hallmarked. The problem is my earrings turned black on the V hooks (that close the earrings on both pair) Also, on my nameplate is has some reddish/brownish residue! (with soap and water the residue come off but not the black)What is going on? I took them to a jeweler and they said that the earrings are hollow so they cannot scratch the surface and do a chemical test without putting a hole in the earrings. The jeweler also mentioned the acid test (where the add the drops to the outside of gold) would not really matter, being if the item is gold plated or filled (forgot which one) but it would still test gold. How in the world will I know they are real? The company I brought them from swears they are but really how with I know since it cannot be tested? I did the magnetic test and the gold did not cling but the accuracy of that in my opinion does not seem 100% Please help this discoloration is bothering me until no end.

Sincerely,
Bria

What is your best gun cleaning trick?

I have a bunch of different tips and tricks I've picked up and adapted over the years. I'll list a few.

First and foremost, is that many people clean their guns way too often. I know it goes against everything were taught growing up and/or in the military... but overcleaning can cause parts to wear out faster. I don't usually clean until after a few hundred rounds at least.

-Lube is much more important to firearm, always make sure you use enough.

-Utilize grease. Grease works very well on sliding parts on a firearm, and I'll tend to use it on places like the slides of pistols, and on the bolt carrier group for my AR. Use a very thin coat, or you'll get some splatter your first few shots. I use cheap automotive white lithium grease. Some firearms function better with grease, such as M1a's and Garands.

-Choose the viscosity of your lube according to the temp outside. A thicker lube when it is hot out, and a thinner lube when it is freezing.

-I stopped using traditional cleaning rods awhile ago, and have been using boesnakes ever since. Makes cleaning much easier.

-Use those disposable blue shop rags instead of paper towels. They work much btter when wiping your firearm down, don't leave lint, and last much longer. A roll is only 2 dollars and lasts a long time.

-If you use dental picks, make sure you get the plastic or coated ones to prevent scratches.

-Ed's red bore cleaner is a very famous homemade bore cleaner made from materials found in most hardware or automotive stores. A whole gallon can be made for less than $20. It is made up of equal parts k1 kerosene, dexron III ATF fluid, acetone and mineral spirts. Most of these items can be used as a cleaner themselves, when combined it works even better.

-You don't need to spend a lot of money on a big cleaning kit. I do about 90% of my cleaning with a brush, q-tips, shop rags and a boresnake.

-Fireclean. Hands down the best cleaning and lube product I've ever used. Read the reviews on it. Its the fist miracle cleaner I've used that works as advertised.

Well, that's what I could think of off the top of my head. Hope it helps
