Ok, this may seem a bit backwards, as most people seem to be wanting to get their content out of WMC and into something like an iPod. I have the exact opposite issue - I've been using iTunes for a while along with my iPod Touch so I have a lot of content in MP4 format. I'm switching over to the WMC because I like the way everything is set up and I'm also getting a home server along with a couple of mPanels for the house - basically I'm going all M$. Unfortunately, WMC won't play MP4 out of the box, and doesn't recognize certain files as recorded TV even if I put it in the folders being monitored for recorded TV files unless it's a WTV format. So what I'm looking for is some way of playing my iTunes library within the WMC interface, possibly using the DLNA standard if possible. Does anybody know of any extras for WMC that will allow it to play MP4 or of a tool to convert MP4 to WTV files?
