That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. An iso file is a CD image file (a dump of a CD), while an NDS is a nintendo ds cartridge dump. So no, unless the iso is 'really' an NDS file or contains an NDS file, then no. Unless, of course, you really meant MDF file or some other disc image format. You could convert iso to MDF with MagicISO or Alcohol 120%.

So, I have this Playstation 1 ROM file saved as a .bin and an SNES emulator called Snes8x, which of course can only play .smc and .sfc ROM files.
