28-30 college credits in one semester?

That sounds like a terrible idea. For serious college courses, you should expect to spend 2 hours studying for every hour in class. So for 30 credits, you'd be spending 12 hours per day, including on weekends. If it's an online school where you can do 30 credits per semester easily, there's a pretty good chance that none of them will transfer. A university is not going to accept courses that are significantly less rigorous than the ones that they offer.
