But, I have recorded and edited a couple of screen cast videos a few years back.I really enjoy creating tutorial videos and with that intention I bought the Samson Meteorite USB Condensor Microphone. I have to admit that even in quieter places the mic picks up some noise and echos. I ended up losing interest because of the noise.Though I lost the interest in recording vidoes with Samson mic, yet I had the same question that you have now and started researching on that. Here is what I have found so far.YouTubers use professional microphones for recording. Most popular brands amongst YouTubers are Zoom and Rode. These microphones are expensive.The best one that I found within my budget is the Zoom H2n. (Amazon US sells it cheaper than Amazon India)If you're recording videos/audio outside, using Windscreens on your mic will reduce the noise. Additionally, you may also use Pop Filters. You can learn more about Pop filters.YouTubers and Podcasters further minimize echos by using Acoustic foams.
