Please follow the following stepsGo to Settings/Accounts/Google. Select your google account.Unselect Google Photos Bakup.Go to Settings/Apps .Switch to All tab.Find and open Gallery.Tab Force stop.Tab Clear Data.Tab Clear Cache.Now, photos are cleared from your phone. If you want delete that photos from your Google account, go to Photos in your Google account and delete it.
Where is picasa storing backup photos?
Rikki is almost correct in the location of these files when you use the Save changes to disk option. The hidden folder name is Originals in Picasa Version 2 and .picasaoriginals in Version 3. A further explanation is needed though. When you use the Save to disk button or use the menu File -> Save then Picasa makes a COPY of your original and puts it in this hidden folder. This is an UNedited copy. The image displayed in Picasa is now a new copy (including all edits) with the original filename. If you want to do a true backup of all your edited images, use the backup tool. You can go to the Picasa help system and read all about each of these options and what happens. The help file is very good on these features.
