How To Draw Expression With Armored Characters

Which anime character has the coolest body armor?

It has to be this GuyJust Kidding!!I just want to make it clear that it's my opinion based on what anime’s I have seen throught the years , all kind of manga’s which I have read and all kinds of research which I have done on Web .Everyone's opinion might differ based on their likings and taste. To be honest It’s almost impossible for me to choose only one character who has the coolest armour or battle suit as everyone's armour is cool in their own ways so I will mention quite a few of them.Goblin SlayerI mean he is an obvio in this list who loves his armour more then his body and wears it most of the time .Incursio (Akame Ga Kill)I was totally shocked at the moment when Tatsumi was able to master Incursio and bring out its whole power.Sasori (Naruto Shippudeen)I know it's a puppet, but for him it's like an armour who tries to obey his master in any situation.Alphonse Elric (FMAB)I know that his soul was joint with it, but it's more or like an armour.Bakugo’s Armour (My Hero Academia)There should be no doubt that Bakugo’s Battle suit is one of the best in MHA series as it completely matches his fuming and raging character.I hope you would like it. So if you feel that I have missed some characters then please let me know in the comment section, I will highly appreciate it.

Is Harry Potter protected by plot armor?

Yes.In the form of the protection provided by his mother's love.In the form of the order Voldemort gave that no Death Eater was even accidentally supposed to kill Harry. In the form of various pieces of wand lore and never seen before things happening with it.In the form of accidental soul fragments and blood protection being alive in Voldemort giving him a chance of coming back.Yes, he has several plot armor points. Harry is the protagonist of the series and we see things from his perspective. He is noble, jumps in head first and is essentially the hero. So it makes sense for this all to happen. However, here's an alternative thought - Harry dies in the Forest and doesn't come back. Since he never actually fought Voldemort and let Voldemort kill him without even drawing his wand, the power of Elder Wand was broken and it wouldn't work well for anyone now. His love for everyone fighting in the battle now gives same protection to all of them as his mother's sacrifice gave him because Harry had the choice to either surrender and die so that Voldemort spares others, or wait till Voldemort attacked again and killed everyone present. So now the whole population of fighters is immune to Voldemort. Some of it did happen as Voldemort wasn't able to hold his silencing spells or his body-bind on Neville. I loved the showdown between Neville and Voldemort ending in Nagini dead. I would have loved to see a similar confrontation between Ginny and Voldemort where now Voldemort is powerless to stop Ginny and Ginny is furious with her one time tormentor for killing the guy she loved for so long and for the whole Chamber fiasco. Rest of the Death Eaters it seems, were quickly dealt with. It would probably end with the fighters, each of them who loved or atleast respected Harry, attacking Voldemort as a unit. Even Voldemort can't survive 50 curses fired at him simultaneously. And hence the power of love that Harry had would end Voldemort. And Harry remains the Hero who sacrificed himself for the Greater Good.

Which anime main character has the least plot armour?

Tatsumi (Akame Ga Kill)This shouldn’t be surprising to anyone who’s watched Akame Ga Kill. The nature of this series doesn’t allow ANY character, never mind a protagonist to have “Plot armor” in the first place. Seeing as characters die without being saved by some mysterious BS.In the first episode Tatsumi takes down a danger beast of a high rank. The reason is simple: he’s trained for this. No supernatural powers or fantasy crap. It’s all legit.-In this battle he was eventually outclassed before Akame shown up. Mostly because he doesn’t have an imperial arms yet (strong weapon). But she doesn’t show up out of thin air. They’re all together and were split up within the same town. Minutes from each other. So it’s supposed to happen. No plot armor here or being saved by the power of friendship, etc etc.-And then there’s Tatsumi’s battle in the tournament.Does he win? Sure. But put this into perspective:Before the anime begins he’d already been trained as a swordsman.During the plot he’s a part of the assassination group: Night Raid. And is trained by expert assassins with years of experience.Tatsumi’s opponents in the tournament never could have stood a chance because of this fact.I won’t say more because there’s too many spoilers.-As Sarah Tison said in her answer - Plot armor is: “an informal term referring to a character’s unusual ability to survive infinite damage, due to their importance to the story.”None of this happens in Akame Ga Kill. With any of the characters. That’s what makes Akame Ga Kill unique as a Shounen, because most Shounen abuse plot armor for the sake of getting you hyped up and sucked into the characters so called “struggle” or emotions.

Why doesn't Batman make an armored suit like Iron Man's?

Batman, being the genius he is, has designed powered exoskeletons before. In fact, he’s designed dozens.Among his most famous are the Anti-Nuke Batsuit…Source: Batman and Robin #12The Batman Beyond Batsuit…Source: Batman #18The Thrasher Batsuit…Source: Batman Night of the OwlsThe Justice Buster Batsuit…Source: Batman EndgameAnd, greatest of all, the Hell-Bat — the suit that took down Darkseid himself…Source: Batman and Robin #33Yet, unlike Iron Man, Batman prefers to reserve his “power suits” for only the most extreme of circumstances.Batman is a detective. A vigilante. Purging Gotham’s plague of crime is his primary concern. He generally faces off against grounded threats — gang-leaders, corrupt politicians, psychopaths, and accidents of science. As such, his methods are more tempered than that of his superpowered peers. His methods need to be, in order to keep himself from accidentally killing somebody. To keep himself from beckoning something worse.“We start carrying semi-automatics, they buy automatics. We start wearing Kevlar, they buy armor piercing rounds.” — Batman BeginsFurthermore, Batman is most comfortable when operating from the shadows. He can think three steps ahead, set traps, pinpoint weaknesses, and strike when his opponents least expect it. While it may be tempting to utilize the muscle of a power-armor, overreliance on such muscle would dull Batman’s cunning. Additionally, one can’t work swiftly or stealthily in a clanking, clunky suit. All of that said, there are certain occasions when Batman has no other option — when he’s hopelessly outclassed. On those occasions? Batman’s arsenal of armors will be there, ready to dish out justice.Source: Batman and Robin #33

Why did Karna sell his armor and lose his best chance of surviving the wrath of Arjuna?

well, it is debatable whether he traded his armor for infallible dart of Indra or not. If we look at the sequence then it seems that he kept a condition that first Indra will give him his infallible dart which was a great weapon and then only he would donate his armor. It depends on how you view that thing. For some he would have given the armor to Indra as a donation no matter what but some who take notice of the sequence point out that he insisted on the infallible dart as he was warned by Lord Surya about Indra’s intentions. Now the second part of your question is about why he did that. See, the armor was just a defensive weapon which could only save him from death or fatal injuries, but couldn’t help him win or avoid defeat. He had the same armor when an ordinary insect made him bleed when Parshuram was resting in his lap. He had the same armor when he lost at Draupadi’s swaymwar. He had the same armor when he lost to chitrasen (the gandarava king ). So, the armor is just overrated in poetic expression but in reality it was not that great.Arjun was able to defeat Duryodhana with an armor of same or even better class. Once Duryodhana asked for help from Drona to protect Jayadrath on 14th day. Drona gave him the armor worn by Lord Shiva himself, but still Arjun successfully pierced his palm area to defeat him. Here also Arjun was not able to kill him but vanquish him and move ahead. So, Karna exchange of armor with the infallible dart was a better deal as it gave him an offensive weapon in place of a defensive weapon. Karna was more interested in killing Arjun than just save himself. Moreover he was overconfident of himself that once he gets the dart he would easily kill Arjun but things did not happen that way. Now imagine if he had the armor but not the dart , then he would have not been able to kill Gatotkach and he might have ended the war by killing Duryodhana and others. In that case karna would have left alive but defeated.
