If you're talking about Favorites on Internet Explorer 7, click the gold star on the left of the toolbar, or press Alt + c on your keyboard to get your Favorites, click the gold star with the green plus sign to add to favorites, and if you want the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to show, right click a gray blank space on the toolbar, and on the popup menu click Menu Bar. If you only need the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to appear temporarily just press the Alt key on your keyboard. This way your toolbar doesn't take up as much of your screen. If you want it to stay permanently, right click on a gray blank space on the toolbar and click Menu Bar.
I've lost my favorites bar?
It was always possible. You could have used the keyboard shortcuts Alt+C or Ctrl+i to view IE Favorites or Ctrl+H to view History. If you are using IE 9 the Favorites star icon moved. Click the white star icon near the upper right corner of the browser. Expand the Favorites Bar folder or unhide the IE 8/9 Favorites Bar: Alt+V, Toolbars, click Favorites Bar.

Go into the brush presets, and write click on the brush you want to add to your favorites. There should be an option to “Assign to tag”. Click that, and choose “My Favorites”

I seem to have lost my Favorites toolbar?
Right click an open area around the toolbar and on the drop down list of toolbars click Menu Bar. Also see if there is an entry for Google toolbar. If there is and the entry does not have a check mark, then click it and the toolbar should show. If you want to re-install the Google toolbar (perhaps to get a newer version or correct some problem) then go to add or remove programs and uninstall the toolbar there. Then attempt to re-install.
This is one of my favorite logic puzzles!?
(Edit: it is more a practical than a logic puzzle). Imagine you are in a room with 3 switches. In an adjacent room there are 3 bulbs (Edit: let's say in lamps which are on a regular table) - all are off at the moment, each switch belongs to one bulb. It is impossible to see from one room to another. How can you find out which switch belongs to which bulb, if you may enter the room with the bulbs only once?
