How To Encourage Myself To Not Give Up On My Dua And Have Patient With Allah Swt

What are the motivational quranic verses?

This list can go really lengthy, so I will try to mention only the verses from which you can derive motivation on ‘daily’ basis.Firstly, the ayat that gives you immense emotional relief. It’s a total stress-buster. From Surah Nashrah, it’s the line : “Fa inna ma’al usri yusran”. (Verse 5)You know what’s so special about this verse? It doesn’t say that AFTER hardship comes relief. Instead, it says that WITH hardship there is relief. Notice the difference? It means you don’t have to wait for the tough times to get over to enjoy a period of relief. Rather, You are all along blessed with numerous comforts if a difficulty strikes. One of my top favorite verses whose wonders I am observing these days is —which means : “and don’t become weak, nor be sad, you will be superior if you are indeed true believers”. (surah ale-Imran, verse 139)So Allah is hinting that we only need to believe in Him and trust His power and our work is done. There is no need to lose heart or fear your competitors, the only task required is to become better muslims.Next in the line is the verse which so amazingly assures that our Lord is always with us, listening to our woes:It translates as: “ Your Lord never abandoned you nor is He displeased”.(Surah Zuha: verse 3)Another ayah that catches my fascination is about the infinite mercy of Allah. This verse tells about the people who have been real bad at their daily prayers:It roughly translates as - so they didn’t value their prayer and gave up to their desires. For them is a punishment, EXCEPT THOSE WHO REPENT AND BELIEVE AND DO RIGHTEOUS DEEDS. THEY WILL ALLOWED TO ENTER JANNAH AND NO WRONG WILL BE DONE TO THEM. (Surah Maryam, verse 59–60)Isn’t this a super gift? You have messed up your salah and preferred your worldly desires, yet Allah is ready to forgive… and ready to give you Jannah!!Allah knows that keeping patience is a tough job. That is why, He says:“wa basshir-is-sabireen”. (Surah baqarah, verse 155). Congratulate the patient for the rewards he is going to get….This coming ayah helps in finding your way — the correct way, when people around you are saying all sorts of confusing, misguiding things. It is the last verse of surah Alaq:“kalla la-tutih-hu wasjud waqtarib”. No! Do not listen to him(here, abu lahab). But prostrate to your Lord and draw near (to Him). (Surah Alaq, verse 19).Hope that helps!

How to attain a higher level of patience?

salaam to you all. i guess some or most people know that i lost my baby. it hurt a lot, seeing an ultrasound with a baby who didnt move and had no heartbeat. yesterday was probably the hardest day of my life. my eyes burned so bad that i couldnt close them to sleep, wallah.
anyway, many of my friends, from yahoo, real life.. etc, promised to make some duaa,... and i would just like to say how much i think that helped me, along with my own prayers for sabr, and the like. Allah doesnt give a soul more than what it can bear, and i thought i couldnt cope yesterday. but today, subhanAllahu wa ta'ala, i woke up a different, stronger person.. only thru the will and mercy of Allah. i had surgery to remove the baby, and i accept 100% now that it was the qadr of Allah, nothing i couldve done to change that.
so, to make it a question, i would like to know what you personally do for patience, how to attain a higher level of taqwa, imaan, etc. and go ahead and leave some quran/duaa for me too. thanks and jazakAllah to all my brothers and sisters

Why is Allah testing me so much? Why are bad people getting everything in life while I have to keep being patient? Why am I so lonely?

On the authority of Abu Huraira, who narrated: Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Look upon one who is below you in status. In this way you will not look down upon the grace of that God bestowed upon you.” (Bukhari and Muslim)In order to feel true happiness, it's essential to be grateful to God. And you cannot show gratitude if you continue to look up to people who have been given more worldly benefits than you. This attitude will keep you annoyed all your life no matter how much you achieve because there will always be someone on a higher level than you.So, when you feel deprived of a particular material asset, think of those who don't even have functional hands or legs. Out there, there are hundreds of people who don't have a proper home, and constantly live under fear. The world is full of people who cannot walk or eat by themselves and depend on others for their daily activites. There are still some beings who have everything, yet have a mountain of guilt in their hearts which doesn't let them sleep peacefully. So realise the value of all things that Allah has blessed you with, like your perfect eyesight, your loving parents, your jacket that protects you against the chilly winter breeze, and your next breath in which you can turn to Allah, and say “Alhamdulillah” (Thanks to Allah). As to your question of why you’re being tested a lot, the following hadith may well be the answer to it:Abu Huraira reported: Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “If Allah intends good for someone, then He afflicts him with trials.” (Sahih Bukhari:5321)If having patience is still hard for you, shift your perspective for sometime from “what is absent” to “what is present”, and you will find that there are so many things already to be thankful for.Hope this helps you!

Any Duas/Surahs for feeling anger?

I have some problems wid family members, and I can't seem to keep my cool around them.
I get myself in more problems for not bein able to keep calm, because Eids comin up I'll be in the same place as them, and even though i plan to stay well away from them i know they will provoke and mke remarks.
What can i read to keep my cool, and stay patient and calm and learn to ignore the manipulative evil people!

Is Allah Real (Muslims Only)?

To my Muslim bros and siss,

I pray four/five times a day: No Outcome (Yes, I know it is one step closer to enter Jannah + good deeds)
Duah which ive been asking for for years- Not have been answered
I talk to allah, no answer not even a feel, happy said, no feeling and no reply
AND dont pull that patience ish on me and bs

Im human im too weak to handle this, he doesnt help me AT all
Yes he hased blessed me in a big house + being in the US but still!
Friends, health, llife, war hate he did nothing

I know Allah doesnt work like that (Im a practicing Muslim)
My questions about allah:
HOW COME HE NEVER ANSWERS MY DUAH! ISNT HE THE MOST-MERCIFUL???
HOW COULD A LORD DO THIS TO HIS OWN PEOPLE HOW COULD HE LET THE INNOCENT DIE IN SYRIA IRAQ, AFGANISTAN, YEMEN, SOMALIA, NIGER, SUDAN.
WHAT KIND OF LORD WOULD LET ALL THE HATE KILL AND HARASS US MUSLIMS?
WHY DOES HE JUST SIT THERE AND NOT DO ANYTHING!\
HE DOESNT GIVE ME SIGNS OR MAKE MY HEART FEEL HAPPY/PURE/SCARED/BEAUTIFUL WHEN I "TALK" TO HIM!

Why does our lord like/want to see us suffer in the DUNYA, what god would do that

(Dont mean to offend Allah, if hes even there)

U guys please help me i feel like im giving up on islam please tell me somethimg good IM SICK OF WAITING!
