Why won't Yahoo export contacts to .csv file?
I have noticed that others have had this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Why won't Yahoo export contacts to .csv file? I'm trying to create a .csv file with all of my yahoo contacts. I hit the "export all" for a yahoo.csv, screen shows a file downloads but no contact data is included in the excel file. Its just an empty excel file that includes headers...ie first name, last name, address, email etc...but none of the contacts' data is included. I've tried to open the file that it yields in notepad without any luck. Additionally, I have tried to export it via the "microsoft outlook export now" option an it still yields a blank document. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?
