Unlike 4 of the 5 preceding answers that are scams, this one is not. Ebay is not a scam. All you have to do before buying anything on eBay, is check the sellers feedback, making sure it is positive.

You need to look at his feedback rating- every ebay user (buyer and seller) has one. You click on their number next to their name which will take you to all their feedback. Read some of the comments. There shouldn't be a lot or any negative ones there if they are a good seller. It should be mostly positive. You can also check their ratings as a seller in 4 areas: Communication, item as described, shipping price, and shipping time. Each is rated out of 5 stars. The more positive ratings the better. Keep in mind a few negative feedbacks is ok if they are a big seller with a large rating.
Can anyone tell me If this is a legit signature?
A simple search of the global authentics website brings back no results for that Certification Number. It does say that some older numbers have not been transferred to the new database yet but without confirming that number with Global Authentics, you can't say whether or not it is authentic. I would email Global Authentics and ask them directly, they should be able to tell you. If you buy it and find out it is not authentic, you can open a claim with eBay and if the seller doesn't give you a refund, eBay will step in and rectify the situation. They can't claim it is authentic if it is not.
