You have to flirt with them for about 3, 4 times until your Sims are on the floor with hearts flowing up. (that means they got more than interactive =P) You can then invite them to be your roomate, and they'll live in the same house with you.

Well, theres alot of things to look for. I thought I had mine but she slipped away, but these are things I felt. Never bored talking through phone, internet, person to person, etc. Loved just having her present. Boredom never came around. I felt like everytime I saw her was the first time I saw her. I got nervous everytime we met up the forst few months. I loved everything she did, and I felt like I was in heaven. Oh yeah, also, she never judged, and I never judged. Hmm, what else.
