Meet as many people as possible, excite them with your ideas and look for the following in people you are considering to add to the team:Trust - you can’t build anything without trust at founders’ levelMotivation - people have to be motivated or bought into the idea and ready to work 70 hour weeks for a couple of years. They should be ready to do ANY job that is needed by the company (from cleaning dishes in the kitchen to taking a 6:30AM flight to Singapore for a client meeting).Level of contribution to businessLevel of contribution differs from business to business and depends on the needs of the statup. In SaaS companies, you have to have at least the following areas covered: Marketing, Design, Technology. If you are already strong in Marketing, getting another founder who is only strong in Marketing is not going to help as much as getting a second founder who is going to help with the Technology stack or Design.

its very simple first you need to ask yourself what you are looking for, that means defining the term right person. Once you know the answer yourself you just need to put that definition into action and whoever fits the bill you go for that person simple as that. Also you know need to know yourself first. People who talk about finding the right person they tend to be less confident or dont know what they want. How can I find out what college major is the right one for me? I can't decide majoring in either computer science or art and design.
Take classes in both and see what you like! Also, you’re not bound to one thing - at college or afterwards in your career. See what options your school has for doing double majors, major/minors, and electives. Outside of coursework, you can also gain experience through clubs and internships. For instance, you may decide to do a CS major but do graphic design for a startup or student club. Or, you can do the opposite - art/design degree and learn coding through side projects.While you’re in college, there’s always a way to have your cake and eat it too!Once you’re on the job market, you may have an easier time landing a job with a CS degree, just by virtue of the number of engineering vs design jobs out there. That said, there’s work out there for anyone who does great work, so use your time in college to experiment and pick up the skills you want to learn.
What is an 'audio controller' and how do I find the right one for my PC?
Please help. I accidentally uninstalled this software called SoundMAX and now suffering the loss of audio output on my PC. I'm a little bit confused as to how this SoundMAX software works and how to search the right one for my PC (I already did several downloads of this SoundMAX installer, but it seemed nothing worked for my PC). According to My Devices, the missing device is a 'Multimedia Audio Controller' and the device's name is '82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) AC'97 Audio Controller'. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if there's any information I'm missing here.

Yes you will find a nice guy and he will exceed all your expectations. Its not your fault, its just that there are a lot of selfish people outhere (guys and girls). Be patient and he will come along one day. Just keep being true to yourself and one day he will notice you. I am the nice guy and my female friends are always wondering why I am still single. I was thinking the same thing you are "that no one is worthy of all that I have to offer" but I have found a great girl recently and she was definitely worth the wait. Now I feel that I am not worthy of having her.
