How To Fit A Gun To Someone

Could a flare gun kill someone?

Yes, if they wear flammable clothing(aka most clothes) and the charge lasts long enough, but the velocity will only give you a bruise. You would be more worried about fire.

Can a flare gun kill someone? What's in it?

A flare gun fires a flare; which is a pyrotechnic that contains highly combustible chemicals to produce a bright light. The flare burns very hot for a brief period, and can cause sever burns or even death to a person hit by it. Flares can be hot enough that they will even burn under water.
The active ingredients in the flare are chemicals such as potassium nitrate, potassium perchlorate, strontium nitrate or calcium phosphide; usually mixed with other combustible ingredients.

If a gun is not stored in a safe and someone steals it and commits murder should the gun owner be held accountable?

There is a tendency in society to excuse irresponsible people for their actions, and hold the responsible people accountable for anything that went wrong.Example: 1970s Ft. Gordon, Georgia. If a soldier reported an item stolen from his or her car, and the car wasn’t locked, then the victimized soldier would be punished (Article 15) for not locking the car. Let that sink in for a minute. What was the result? Soldiers who had their cars broken into would not report the crimes, because THEY would then undergo scrutiny. So, think about this: a person has a gun, and someone breaks in and steals it. Now, the thief had to illegally enter the gun owner’s hope and take the gun. So the gun owner discovers the gun—and probably other items—are missing. His first thought is to contact the police. His second thought is . . . “Wait! They may charge me for not having my gun locked up!” So—he doesn’t report the crime because he doesn’t want to be treated like a criminal. And now a criminal has a gun that hasn’t been reported stolen. If he is caught with it, he can claim he bought it—maybe even say that he bought it from the victim. It is analogous to the situation of someone dashing into a convenience store for a soft drink, but leaving the keys in the car. A thief jumps in and starts the car and drives it off. WHO should be punished for these actions? I say the THIEF. The thief is the one who set all of these events in motion—and we should quit excusing criminal behavior because of people’s “childhoods.” Every person needs to be held accountable for their actions—especially those who prey upon others.People who have been victimized by thieves should NOT be victimized AGAIN by the police or the courts.Should people secure their weapons properly? Of course they should. But most of us are not expecting to have the sanctity of our homes invaded by burglars.I am wholly against the principle of punishing the victim. We should go after the “irresponsible” people—the thieves—not the decent citizen who has been victimized.

How do I ship an airsoft gun?

Just look anywhere you can for boxes. Such as your house. Some grocery stores also give away old boxes.

As for shipping, just make sure it has a 6mm or greater blaze orange tip, brace it for impact (news paper, styrofoam, etc.), remove the magazine, put it on safety, and put it in the box. You don't have to do anything special to ship an airsoft gun inside the US as long as it has the federally required muzzle coloration.

Will the Echo 1 CQB RIS fit on the STAG-15 Commando M4 Carbine?

I'm more of an AK guy than an M4, but I'll do my best to answer you:

Because you have an echo 1, and you want echo 1 ris, yeah it should almost certainly fit your gun. The instances in which stuff like that doesn't fit is if you have a gun that takes proprietary parts and you buy from a different manufacturer, but since you've got an echo 1 and you're buying from echo 1 you don't need to worry about that.
The onlly thing you need to look at is this:

"Echo1: Will Require the following parts;
Echo1 M4 Convertible Barrel* EC-0001PE
Echo1 M4 Metal Handguard Cap EC-0130AE
Echo1 Delta Ring EC-0044PE"

Because you have an echo one you should have all those parts already. But if you don't, get them. I'm almost positive those are all things that you already have, though. So all you will need to do is buy the ris and replace the current handguard with it. If you're unsure that it will fit, take the handguard you have now off and compare it to the ris picture. If it matches (which I'm 99.998% sure it will) then you're good to go.
