There is actually no way at all to delete or fix these rooms. Once your machines have exploded there is nothing you can do. You need to make sure you have enouhg maintenance men employed, and check up on your equipment frequently. If it starts to get old you will probably need to replace it. If there is an earthquake you are likely to lose anything that is not up to par... along with anyone in the room at the time! I lost some of my best surgeons that way. :(

Ah, this is one of the risks of an outdoor cat. He probably got hit by a car, so you're lucky that he's alive at all. The cost of fixing a broken jaw depends on how many places it's broken. They will of course anesthetize the cat, and then will drill small holes in the jaw bone, and wire it together until it heals. They may recommend that the cat eat canned food only while the jaw heals. The may also have to remove teeth. Once the jaw heals, they will remove the wire. It's not a horribly expensive surgery - it's on a par with what a dental with extractions cost in your area. Vet costs vary widely so I can't give you an estimate, but I'd say expect something in the $500 range - less if you live in a low cost of living area (small town) and much more if you live in a big city. Keep him indoors from now on, or next time he might not be so lucky

Can i pass inpection with a broken headlight even if the bulbs work?
It depends on how broken the headlight is. If it is just cracked you are probably okay. If there's a piece missing you're probably not. I suggest going to the place where you get your inspection and ask them before the deadline for your inspection.

Hi! I've had almost the same issue with one of my pet rats. I discovered her in her cage with a completely limp foot and a broken running wheel. When I took her into a vet - I was told to put her in a cage where she cannot climb or do any type of activity to let the foot heal. However, her foot did not turn purple so I'm assuming there may be some sort of infection, or the foot is dying because of the lack of blood supply to that area. You will definitely need to take the poor girl into the vet - she is probably in a lot of pain :-( They will more than likely girl her a pain killer called Metacam - so she can heal in comfort.
