How To Fix Hair Loss Problem And Bald Patches On Head

How can I grow hair in my bald patches?

First, you should find out what is causing the hair loss. Remember that hair and scalp health are determined by 3 factors; Genetics, environment and lifestyle. Those are not in order of precedence as it's been said, "Genetics load the gun but lifestyle pulls the trigger." So starting with overall healthy lifestyle is key. Eat plenty of fibrous veggies, quality protein (both local when possible) and keep the junk food in moderation. Be active and outside as much as possible. Overall hygiene is important as a clean scalp is best for growing hair. Look for a sulfate free, plant based shampoo. (L'occitane, Phyto, and Bumble & Bumble are great) Wash your hair everyday and especially after working up a sweat as DHT build up on your scalp will promote hair loss. The idea that you shouldn't wash your hair every day comes from using low quality products.Once you have the basics covered then you can look at things that will build off of them. Massaging your scalp or using a quality brush helps get blood their which will feed the follicles allowing them to grow healthier hair faster (think of a farmer watering his crops) 5-10 mins every other day should do it. Reducing stress is important. you've probably heard of cortisol (the stress hormone) as it's been buzzing around social media for a while. If you feel stress is out of control it will tax the systems of your body in many ways and hair loss is a common result. Look to activities that you enjoy and help you feel peaceful.Building off of that you can look at treatments and vitamins designed to help. Hair growth supplement - Hair XT 100 has shown to be very successful in helping people grow thicker healthier hair and combating hair loss. Its an all natural blend of vitamins, minerals and herb designed to nourish your scalp have the healthiest follicles (Back to the farmer analogy. Think watering fertile topsoil instead of a more sandy landscape) The drug based formulas out there will help, but remember that they are foreign to the inner working of your body and if you are going to use them, they should be used as a short term band aid as your body will become dependent on them. This means if you were using that formula alone and were to stop taking it, you hair would fall out worse than it was before you started. However, taking them in conjunction with the above mentioned protocol to start the hair growing process at its roots (pun intended) can give you a better, healthier, long term solution. Hope this helps!

Definitely, the castor oil proved to do wonders for hair. To precisely answer to your question. It totally depends upon the type of baldness you have. If your pores are completely closed in the scalp, then the visibility of any hair in that closed pore is long gone.If the pores are still open and you have 80% of chances to regrow your hair with the help of castor oil, onion and other natural products you have heard which does goodness for hair.As i mentioned, yes Castor oil helps to grow hair and maintain good elasticity of the new hair that regrows too. Will hair grow back from bald spots lefts from bleach chemical burns?

If it has been 1 month I wouldn't worry just yet. Your scalp needs to heal from the burn. There is 2 concerns though.
#1 Depending upon how bad the burn was and how it heals you may get scar tissue, which hair will take a long time to grow through if it ever does.
#2. Burns can damage the follicle of the hair which will make the hair grow back slow and extremely thin.

There are a few things you will want to do.
#1. Evaluate how bad the burn was and determine whether or not you think there will be scar tissue. If no then go to step 2 if yes go to a dermatologist.
#2. Use a shampoo that has no sulfates. Sulfates are found in cheap shampoos. They are abrasive salts used to cleanse the hair but they do serious damage to the scalp and hair in the process.
#3. Start taking Elon Matrix 5,000 vitamins. These vitamins have biotin in them, which Dermatologists have found to help in hair regrowth. From what I have read about this product it helps rebuild the follicle and strengthen the hair. From using the product I know it works. My hair is thicker and healthier now than it has been in years. The company also has a nice sulfate free hair care collection that I use because I loved their vitamins so much I figured I would give that a shot and it's great !! They have also found it can help in allopicia patients, which most things don't help with. I'd say in your case if there's no scar tissue this should help.
#3. No more bleach for a looooooooong time.
Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!

Hairloss, Premature Balding, Receding Hairline...?

I'm only 21, yet my hairloss occurs at an alarming rate. Now, I have a noticable bald patch, and my hairline is extremely high. I definitely want to say I am used to it, but the truth of the matter is no matter what, I feel extremely self-conscious.

I have tried using hairloss shampoos and lotions before, but have now stopped since I find them to be ineffective. I am a medical student, so I have done enough researches to know all of the predispositions to hair loss- stress, unhealthy diet, etc... And I have tried my best to avoid them all, to no avail. Of course there's another factor I can't beat- Genetics. Since both my Grandfather and Father have baldness too.

I would like to know if there are anyone out there who had the same problem and are on treatment? And wether the treatments are effective or not?

Does shaving a person's head or getting bald help in hair growth and prevent hair loss?

There is a myth regarding shaving head roaming nowadays. As shaving a head totally does carry a lot of benefits to it.But, as per science, there is no evidence about shaving head is helpful in prevention of hair loss. But there are some benefits that I would like to mention. There are a lot of people who are suffering from hair loss due to dandruff. These people mostly shave their head which reduce the risk the severe dandruff. The next important thing is that a person can take benefit from the shaving head is the if need to clear the scalp. This is totally a person’s choice and many people are doing it. This will help to remove the dust particles which can get stuck onto the scalp due to pollution. These pollutants can cause a severe damage to the hair follicles resulting in the hair loss.Shaving of the head totally can help a person to eliminate all the dust grime and pollutants that are present on the scalp. These pollutants once removed can help for the better growth of hair for a person. But it will not means that it will help in hair loss completely. As their is no scientific evidence.

Can a spider bite on the head cause hair loss?

Hi There,

I am not a doctor, but I do know a lot about hair loss and don't think a spider bite can cause permanent hair loss. I do, however, know that the stress of giving birth typically causes woman to temporarily lose a respectable amount of hair. If I were you I would consult another physician immediately because it could be a form of Alopecia or other skin disease causing your hair loss.

I unfortunately lost my hair a long time ago, but that's to be expected since I am a male. To correct it I had a hair restoration back in July and couldn't happier with the results. Myself and another guy (Torrance) blog about our hair restorations at BattleAgainstBald.com. In addition, the blog also provides a wealth of information on hair loss and all the other methods used to correct it.

Check out the blog, as I'm sure it will answer all of your questions.

Best,
Seth
