If you change the theme, the tiles are going to change not the background. To change the background, go to settings - theme - background - change dark to light. OR!!! I think the high contrast is turned on. To turn off, go to settings - ease of access - high contrast - turn off.

Hi Yasmin, 1. Make sure the phone is still off, remove the back cover, and then remove the battery. Then, reinsert the battery and replace the back cover. 2. Press and hold the power button, and see if it turns back on. 3. If it does not, insert your charging cable into the phone. Leave the device for ten minutes, then press and hold the power button again whilst on charge (Windows Phones cannot charge unless the device is on). If this does not work, contact T-Mobile or Nokia Care for assistance. Hope this helps

As of now its not worth. If you want to buy an used good condition LUMIA 730 you will get in about INR 5000/- . But if you want to change the OLED Display of that device , its cost about INR 3000 to 5000 ( Depending on market ). and on that price you also not get the same like display that are inbuilt with LUMIA 730 . Even you go to NOKIA/Microsoft store to change the display , you will not get the same kind of display that NOKIA provided on our LUMIA 730. So , I will suggest to buy another good condition used LUMIA 730.
Why is the internet slow at my Nokia Lumia 520??? please...please...please..help...
Hallo!!! The problem is that the speed of internet on my nokia lumia 520 is slow as compared to my nokia e63..... For eg. If i am looking at a video while using internet on lumia 520 (with an Idea sim card) and when i look at the SAME video on my E63. (with the SAME sim card) the video will play uniterrupted on the E63 while stopping again and again on the Lumia.... It cannot be some temporary network prob. because the connection cant be different on two phones, with the same sim card and within 2-3 minutes.....!!!!!! Can somebody please tell me why this might be happening? Is this problem common with Lumia520??? And is there a way to improve the connection and speed???? Please help!!!! Thanks.... :)))
Can we view the documents saved in Nokia Lumia when we connect it to a computer? I am unable to access a file which I received through Bluetooth.
I have faced this problem and the only way I could access those files from computer was by uploading them to skydrive and linking my pc to skydrive. Most of the default apps (PDF Reader, Office, Photos) in windows phone allow uploading to skydrive. Of course, this method requires data connection.

I think you have a damaged battery. It's not supposed like that. My Lumia 535 reached full battery status after 20% only in 2 hours. However, you can try this tips:1. Let your battery drain to zero. Don't pull off your charger until it reaches 100%5. If the device failed to reach 100%, even using this method. I'm pretty sure that you have a damaged battery. Replace your battery or buy a new battery.
