HELP!!! i was 120 pounds about 3 weeks ago, and now i'm 130. think its because i've been eating a lot of chocolate and sweets lately (candy from halloween). i'm going to stop eating sweets, starting today. if i do this, how long will it take me to get back down to 120?? i feel really uncomfortable at the weight i"m at now. my clothes feel a little tighter on me, and i'm scared that i'll keep gaining. i need to lose the weight. thank you :)

I've gained 10 pounds in one week... D:?

Alright so from the end of monday - saturday = a big fat binge. I've been eating so much everyday! Like 5,000 calories everyday it feels like.. My metabolism is super slow.. And Today alone I had 3 slices of pizza, 9 mozerella sticks, 2 ice cream things (350 calories ea.) Some gummybears, crutons, lots of ranch.. toaster stroodle, sunny D, etc... Ugh, I look pregnant.. My stomach is gigantic.. I never get full.. No matter how much I eat, I never feel full.. O_O Why do I always want more food, my stomach is going to explode!! I need to quit eating.. and tomarrow my family and I are going out to eat.. ugh.. I know it's not water weight.. My limbs are fatter aswell.. My collar bone used to pop out alot and now I can barely see it.. I used to be able to see my ribs a little bit, now it's just completely covered in bloat and fat! How do I lose this weight! I feel so disgusting and gross, I just want to hide.. And I have to go eat with my family tomarrow.. How do I get back on track ? ):

I need to gain 10 pounds of fat in one week?

A pound of fat is 3500 calories. You're suggesting an excess of 35000 calories in one week. In order to do that, you'd have to consume an extra 7000 calories per day. That would be horrific and unhealthy. If you want to gain about 5 lbs. that would be a better rate. Just eat a lot of carbs really late at night and you'll see your body pack on the pounds. I once gained 10 lbs. in a weekend, but it dropped off really quickly when I resumed my normal eating habits.

I have no idea why you want to gain 10 lbs. of fat in a week, but if you need to tip the scale higher, you can always make sure that you're VERY well hydrated.
