How to get a flat stomach in 2 months?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Is it possible to have a flat stomach in 6 months?

I've been a slim boy since childhood. After my graduation I got a job which required me to sit almost 10 hours in front of the computer system. As expected, it resulted in some weight gain and now I could see some part of my belly protruding. So I started with some weight lifting and push ups at home itself. It worked to some extent. Then career wise I took an important decision for myself at that point im time. I left the job and started preparing for masters in some other city. I joined some coaching classes there and took a hostel which was around 1.5 kms far away. Now that was intensional. I knew I had to sit for long hours in the class so I opted for walking/jogging/running everyday from hostel to classroom and vice versa. I even used to come from classroom to hostel during recess that too jogging. I did this for about 5 months and now my belly is absolutely flat. But I lost some 5 kgs weight as well. :PP.S: Running/walking/jogging during morning hours is the key.

How do I acquire a flat stomach in a month?

1. Follow the cliché "Abs are made in the kitchen." Some trainers and doctors estimate that diet makes up about 90 percent of the weight loss equation. You must lose overall body fat in order to flatten your stomach2.Reduce your overall calorie intake, if you are going over your recommended daily allowance. Keep a food journal and calculate whether you are consuming more than 1,800 to 2,000 calories if you are a woman or 2,000 to 2,500 if you are a man.3.Eat low-carb 2 days per week. US and UK scientists have found that adopting a low-carb diet just 2 days a week reduces visceral fat and regulates metabolic rates better than full time dieting.A 2-day per week low-carb diet may be easier to stick to than traditional diets. Pick 2 days each week and aim to eat no more than 50mg of carbohydrates. An easy way to follow the diet is to serve your meals on beds of leafy greens. Doctors recommend 3 servings of leafy greens per day anyway.4.Replace carbohydrates from grains with carbohydrates from vegetables. Eat an apple or pear after a meal, and reduce the carbs from pasta, grains or bread. The fiber and nutrients can regulate belly fat.5.Eat eggs for breakfast. Your high protein breakfast that includes eggs can make you feel more full throughout the day, encouraging you to snack less. Always eat 300 to 500 calories within 90 minutes of waking up.6.Snack on almonds once per day. Fill a mint tin with almonds for approximately 160 calories at mid-day. Almonds are an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants and good fats, but they are best in small doses.7.Eat 1 to 3 cups of low-fat yogurt per day. Make sure you include this in your total calorie consumption. Yogurt regulates the digestive system, removing bloating to make your abs look flatter.OR if you face any problem with this diet plan, then please don't hesitate to visit doctor, there is a site Page on jeevom.com where you can consult doctor for online.!

Is it possible to get a flat stomach in a month?

Ok if you are really really dedicated to getting a flat stomach I suggest you drink a LOT of water! You should at least do 20 REAL sit ups a day everyday and take a thirty minute jog or run eachday. Stretch every morning when you wake up. Eat fruits and veggies and meats mostly. Eat less sugar and more protiens. Steak, chicken, etc. If you are a vegitarian I suggest beans. Drink or eat less dairy than usual and absolutely NO SODA. Please try not to eat a lot of chocolate or chips or don't even chew sugared gum. Excersice ALL the time! Keeps your blood pumping and burns fat! Don't eat snack during the day unless it's like a carrot or an apple or something. For breakfast I suggest a healthy fruit smoothie with vitamines, for lunch I suggest a small salad with a fruit or veggie on the side or a healthy whole wheat sandwhich with a deli meat and some lettuce is good, and for dinner you could have like steak or chicken and maybe a side of baked potatoe, the skin of a potatoe is really healthy, make sure you eat healthy portions of meals not to big nor too small of portions. And remember to EXCERSICE!!! I hope this helps :-)
