How do you get a flat toned stomach in 2 months?
Hi dear, follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat - Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn't possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week - running, power walking, swimming or biking. - Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts. - Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day. - Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories - especially in the abdomen. - Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you're less likely to overeat. - Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage. - Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating. Good Luck :o)

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

How do I acquire a flat stomach in a month?
1. Follow the cliché "Abs are made in the kitchen." Some trainers and doctors estimate that diet makes up about 90 percent of the weight loss equation. You must lose overall body fat in order to flatten your stomach2.Reduce your overall calorie intake, if you are going over your recommended daily allowance. Keep a food journal and calculate whether you are consuming more than 1,800 to 2,000 calories if you are a woman or 2,000 to 2,500 if you are a man.3.Eat low-carb 2 days per week. US and UK scientists have found that adopting a low-carb diet just 2 days a week reduces visceral fat and regulates metabolic rates better than full time dieting.A 2-day per week low-carb diet may be easier to stick to than traditional diets. Pick 2 days each week and aim to eat no more than 50mg of carbohydrates. An easy way to follow the diet is to serve your meals on beds of leafy greens. Doctors recommend 3 servings of leafy greens per day anyway.4.Replace carbohydrates from grains with carbohydrates from vegetables. Eat an apple or pear after a meal, and reduce the carbs from pasta, grains or bread. The fiber and nutrients can regulate belly fat.5.Eat eggs for breakfast. Your high protein breakfast that includes eggs can make you feel more full throughout the day, encouraging you to snack less. Always eat 300 to 500 calories within 90 minutes of waking up.6.Snack on almonds once per day. Fill a mint tin with almonds for approximately 160 calories at mid-day. Almonds are an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants and good fats, but they are best in small doses.7.Eat 1 to 3 cups of low-fat yogurt per day. Make sure you include this in your total calorie consumption. Yogurt regulates the digestive system, removing bloating to make your abs look flatter.OR if you face any problem with this diet plan, then please don't hesitate to visit doctor, there is a site Page on jeevom.com where you can consult doctor for online.!
Is it possible to get a flat stomach in a month?
Ok if you are really really dedicated to getting a flat stomach I suggest you drink a LOT of water! You should at least do 20 REAL sit ups a day everyday and take a thirty minute jog or run eachday. Stretch every morning when you wake up. Eat fruits and veggies and meats mostly. Eat less sugar and more protiens. Steak, chicken, etc. If you are a vegitarian I suggest beans. Drink or eat less dairy than usual and absolutely NO SODA. Please try not to eat a lot of chocolate or chips or don't even chew sugared gum. Excersice ALL the time! Keeps your blood pumping and burns fat! Don't eat snack during the day unless it's like a carrot or an apple or something. For breakfast I suggest a healthy fruit smoothie with vitamines, for lunch I suggest a small salad with a fruit or veggie on the side or a healthy whole wheat sandwhich with a deli meat and some lettuce is good, and for dinner you could have like steak or chicken and maybe a side of baked potatoe, the skin of a potatoe is really healthy, make sure you eat healthy portions of meals not to big nor too small of portions. And remember to EXCERSICE!!! I hope this helps :-)

How to get a flat stomach w/ abs,toned thighs/hips[skinner],skinner arms & legs[not muscular] in 2 weeks?
Three things. You're not going to like any of them, but it will work. 1. Every morning before you eat breakfast do some sort of intense cardio activity for an hour, or as long as you can manage. Running or swimming preferably. Exercising after your body has used all of the carbohydrates of the previous day will force your body to use stored fat as fuel, and will bump up your metabolism for the remainder of the day. 2. Eat foods low on the glycemic index. These foods produce a smaller insulin spike in the body which has many health benefits, one of them being you stay full for longer. You can check foods here: http://www.glycemicindex.com/ Figure out how many calories you burn in a day (your resting metabolism) and eat 500 calories less than that. http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-burned.php Buy a scale and count your calories to be sure. This is extremely important. No amount of exercise can take the place of calorie restriction for weight loss. Also, no more prepackaged food. Period. Go to the vegetable isle and stay there until you can see your toes again. 3. For those abs you want, do 10 reps of "the hollow hold" twice a day. Each rep should subsist of holding the hollow position until you literally collapse. Instructions on the hold can be found here: http://www.powerathletesmag.com/pages/frontlever.htm If this becomes easy for you, extend your arms behind your head 6 inches off the ground instead of on the ground in front of you. Finally, losing weight quickly is a typical desire from people who don't have the actual stamina necessary to lose weight and keep it off. While the previous mentioned activities will give you the body you want in under a month, It is more important that you cultivate healthy eating and exercise habits for life, if you want to keep what you worked so hard to get. In other words, the best weight loss program is the one you actually stick to. Good luck.

I looked at your weight and height on the site below, and noticed that you were already at a good weight - about 5 pounds below average. So you definitely aren't fat, and you are a little bit skinny. When I took a look at your pictures, I understand a little about what you are talking about - you have a skinny figure, but you do have a soft belly. You have started an exercise program, but I bet that you haven't really exercised much in the past. Like most girls your age, your weight is good, but you don't have much muscle. That means that the difference is a little extra fat. It's very common, but if you are willing to become more athletic, you will build a little muscle, and you will lose some of the tummy fat. Take a look at the article below about starting an exercise program. You can follow it by riding an exercise bike or walking and running on a treadmill, or swim if your gym has a pool! If you really want good, long term results, send me a message through my profile, and I can outline some weight workouts that you can do at the gym - but you may be able to do this with someone at the gym, too! You should have 4-6 upper body, 4-6 lower body workouts. Don't just do a whole bunch of ab workouts. One or two is fine, but ab exercises aren't going to flatten your tummy until you lose that small layer of belly fat that covers up the muscles. The other article is about keeping a food diary, to help you check that you are eating healthy. People usually don't realize how often they eat a really big meal, or snack during the day, or eat junk food, until their jeans get tight, or they see themselves in a mirror. The food diary is for you to make sure that you are eating enough (like an athlete - eating the right amount, but not starving!) and that you are eating good foods, without too much junk food. It helps to build healthy eating habits.
