So if you really want to upgrade I would say go with the ps4. My reason for this is because while the PC will give you more games its almost completely digital meaning you first have to download all the games which will eat up your cap. The consoles you can still easily get hard copies of the game but the Xbox One is meant to be integrated with Xbox live and gets pretty pissy if you are offline for an extended period of time. So due to the ban width cap you have your best bet for an upgrade would be the ps4.Edit: With your additional edit to the details, you are probably better off going with a previous gen console if you want a wider variety of games with less internet requirements. If that is the case either the Xbox 360 or PS3 would be fine. If you want to go current gen my previous recommendation stands.In regards to the question asking for the more internet reliant I would have to go with the Xbox One followed closely by the PC.

These game update are only available through an internet connection with the PS3 and you can't get these downloads any other way. So, internet is not required. However, you will enjoy your PS3 a lot more and get your money's worth if you do have internet.

If you mean by "18G" that the console has 18GB of available storage space then the reason you can't use wireless Internet is because you own a 20GB PlayStation 3 console which is the only PlayStation 3 model released that didn't include a wireless adapter. That being said, all you need is a wireless gaming adapter, sometimes known as a bridge that plugs into the Ethernet port of your PlayStation 3 and receives the wireless signal for it. I'll list one below from Amazon. Just buy something along that line, check eBay or other websites for cheaper ones, follow the instructions and you should be able to use wireless.

My internet connection is really fast even though I don't live in America, why do I always have 1 bar connection in cod? I don't complained about having lag all the time but I still can own people and get to the top on black ops and mw3 when it's lagging.
