How To Get A No-contract Phone Plus Some Random Questions

Signed a contract with a company that don't exist?

I have contacted the state DA, and filed charges, also contacted the FL department of finances, and a private lawyer. I talked to the person I am dealing with today, and told him that I had called the DA, he cussed me out, etc.
Landlord: No, they can't. They are on my side, and they too have signed over rights to the house to him, under his real name. So, it's under his control. Right now, my lawyer is going to handle it from here on out. I gave him, and the state attorney copies of all contracts to review, and file charges if needed.

Has anyone purchased a central conditioning unit from Home Depot?

I had an estimate from Home Depot on a Trane system. They gave me a price of $8500. I thought this was high so I looked around to other Trane dealers and got the same unit for $5300.

Their salesman told me that places like Home Depot just contract it out to a local company and tack a hefty profit on for themselves.

I check out who was doing the installs for Home Depot and he was right. It was a local company contracted to Home Depot.

Herb.

Why does the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus only have 1GB RAM?

The iPhone 6 and 6 plus only have 1gb of ram because the phone doesn't necessarily NEED it, the phone runs smoothly on 1gb of ram because all of the apps are built to work with it. Yes 2gbs of ram wouldn't be bad, but it is like would you put two fingerprint sensors on a phone because it would be bad, as the old saying goes if you don't need it, don't get it. The reason phones like the Glalaxy Note 4 and S5 have more than 1gb is because they run on android and android runs on Java, which uses more Random Access Memory(RAM) to process a particular action, iPhones and Apple products do not run in Java they run on the software the Apple makes specifically for it. The iPad only has 2gbs of ram because apple wants to push it and make it more faster for business procedures, I also wouldn't be surprised if a future iPhone has 2+ gbs of ram but right now it doesn't need it.

How do you track someone with their cell phone?

There are several ways to track a mobile phone. Software, the most useless, reason being you need to have access to the target phone. Example. I feel like tracking my neighbours phone,he ain't gonna let me have his, her phone long enough to install software onto it. Also a virus scanner will detect it and notify you of it's existance.Another way. Hardware you can make yourself for approx £20 pounds. The draw back on this way is you only get one way conversation, txt. To do it properly using this way,you need a separate tracking device for EACH target phone. The best way is to use the actual networks involved. All you need for this is the IMEI. Oh i say IMEI,there is also two other ways built into mobile phones. Bluetooth, and WiFi. Both transmit serial numbers when in operation, just like your mobile transmits its serial when switched on or in use. There simply hardware addresses. And I can't say how to do that on here. Sorry it's illegal. As for changing a mobile phone IMEI,it's very easily done. The IMEI number is stored on a eeprom chip. Erasible, programmable memory chip. To do this depends upon the manufacturer make, model. You can do it with a simple code, or you may need a data cable or jig,and pc with the software on it. Companies like Nokia protect there's,you gotta be a service centre and pay for it .I.e pay for the license. Companies like Samsung, use mainly codes. Depends on the manufacturer. And the most hardest IMEI to change is iPhone s. Oh yes forgot. Cells track phones as soon as switched on,don't even need a SIM card to be tracked. Software is just snooping software, spyware. Hardware, tracking is when the phone is in use only. And a mobile device can NOT be tracked when switched off.

Why does my phone hang up itself?

I assume that you might have googled this question before submitting it on Quora. And you might have across various reasons behind the ‘hanging’ of your phone.Various reason? There can be only THREE reasons behind it!Apps running in the background: This is, by far, the most obvious reason why your phone is hanging. There’s nothing wrong with apps running in the background. You might say, “Wait a minute. You just said that the apps running in the background is one of the most obvious reason. But now you’re saying that there’s nothing wrong. What’s wrong with you?”But before you scroll down to the next answer let me first give you a clarification.Useless apps running in the background are the main culprit. They feed on your RAM unnecessarily.Get rid of them. You will definitely see an improvement in your phone’s performance.(Bonus: You will even clear some space, which takes us to my next reason)Lack of Internal Storage: I always suggest my friends to keep at least 1GB of free space in their internal storage. Why so?See, our phones have Solid-state drives (SSD). Whenever they are almost full their writing performance gets affected. And when the writing performance gets affected, the overall performance of the phone, like carrying out various tasks, gets affected.Operating System: “Wait, what? How can the Operating System be the reason?”OK. I mean to say outdated Operating System.Every year a new update is been released. That also means that every year our Operating System becomes an year old (Unless your OEM pushes the latest the update for your phone). But what if the OEM decides not to provide your phone anymore updates. Your OS becomes outdated.Soon when a new version is launched, most of the app developers start optimizing their apps so that it can run smoothly on the new OS version. So when we update such apps on our phones, running the outdated OS, they MIGHT not be as they were before. You might notice that the app isn’t as responsive or as fast as it was before. There you go!So now that you know what’s slowing down your phone, you might be wondering how to make it faster?I got your back!Follow this link: Why do Android phones slow down? and How to fix it? (2017)You will find more clearer explanation on the above mentioned points and also the ways to make your phone faster and to give a performance boost.Cheers!

Anonymous prepaid cell phone?

Yes, I know that is true with tracfone and net10 (their sister company).
I just activated a virgin mobile phone. They will ask your activation code on the phone box, name, zip code, and email. So. I just gave a cartoon name, the zip code is only for coverage and your area code. They don't ask for street address. And you can just put a random email.
Pay cash for the phone, top up with a card from a convenience store, and it's anonymous.

Plus, If you buy a new virgin mobile phone, activate it online and use Kickback code kLX6XPGw (copy paste it, case sensitive), you'll get 100 minutes for free after you add $20 to your phone. Good luck!

Should a 12 year old get a phone?

My 12 year old has been telling us about how everyone at her school has a phone (I admit I snooped around (asked a few parents) and realised most kids actually DO have a phone) and how she would like one of photography and keeping in touch with her friends. She's begging for us to let her buy herself one of her 13th birthday, is it alright for a 12 year old to have a phone????
