How to get that nice basketball body?

hi guys! my body is mixed with lots of fat and a bit of muscle. i think i'm 81kg now? i'm getting thin now, and once i'm thin, i don't know what to do after then to get that basketball body like Derrick rose or any as long as i'm strongly built. once i'm skinny, i was planning to do some biking, more basketball, and eat healthy while doing that. im not sure if i can attain that basketball body i want without weightlifting, that's why i need your help. once i'm skinny, i want to get big and lean like an nba player without wasting my money in the gym. btw, i'm 15, 188 cm tall. i would also like to have strong glutes and legs to jump better. so, tell me what to do please? what can i do to get the body i want? i'm hoping to get it by november.. thanks :)

How long does it take to get a nice body?

lifting weights will speed up your metabolism, after about a month you will be in a metabolic state even when you are resting (metabolic state = fat burning state) it will be slow at first but if you exercise atleast 3 time I would recommend 5 times a week for just 20-25 minutes after about a month and a half the weight will just start sliding off.. by mid june you body will tighten up and feel firmer and you will feel healthier/better.

130lbs t 5'2 isn't that bad I think it's still sexy but I won't stop you from excising which will make you feel good and more confident about yourself.

here's what I suggest do walk on the treadmill or jog (cardiovascular exercise) outside for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week and on those days work out with weights to, up it to 5 days a week and results should come faster.


guys need more breaks (days) in between exercises to build the muscle but since you are trying to lose fat you will need less breaks


this plan I made for you will work as long as you do it for atleast 20-25 minutes a day -after you reach your goal you will only need to do it 2 or 3 times a week to maintain.

Mon cardio and abs
Tues cardio and arms and legs
Wed cardio and abs
Thur cardio and arms and legs
Fri cardio and abs
Sat cardio
Sun rest
repeat

and don't worry girls don't have lots of testosterone so lifting weights will not make you look big like those female body builders (they are on steroids -testosterone injections) lifting the wieghts will help you shed pounds and make you body tight and firmer, which is hot. try it!!

It doesn't matter what a person looks like.It's all about the heart.If your girlfriend/boyfriend was in a terrible accident and their face was severely scarred or burned would you stop loving them?I hope not.What is truely beautiful?What does that really mean ?Most people have no clue..........

How do I get a beach body in 3 weeks?

Here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight...

• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
• Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

WHAT to drink for losing weight...

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat". Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.


Exercise for losing weight...

• If you want quicker results - exercise would be good.
• Don't just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts...
I guarantee THIS won't work for your weight loss...
• Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.

Would you rather date a girl with a great face and bad body, or a bad face and great body? Why?

Most guys I know will always choose an attractive face over an attractive body. I have a really ugly face, and in my early 20s I used to hope that if I had a really nice body, my face could be over-looked. I worked out (well I still do, but not for the same reason) everyday and ate healthy just to have a nice figure. However, I learned the hard truth that it didn't matter what my body looked like. I could dress well and have a good figure, but because of my face, I would never be attractive to the opposite sex.I still work out and dress well, but it's not for men. I gave up on dating when I was 25 and I am 29. I've never actually been in a relationship, and I am still a virgin. Now I just do it because I want to be healthy, and I don't see the point in letting myself go because of my face. I am going to be 30 this year, so I want to take care of myself. I know in your 30s your metabolism slows down.My experience could be different from other peoples, but I know in my own, if doesn't matter how good your figure is. Unfortunately, if your face is ugly, it will be hard to find someone. I don't blame guys for that though. You have to feel attraction to your partner, and I know I'd feel worse if I were with someone who didn't actually want me.
