What is it like to work at GrameenPhone?
GrameenPhone (GP) was my first employer.I worked there for two years. There was a lot of work pressure, but it was fun. The environment was good, and it was mostly politics free. My colleagues and peers were very supportive and helpful, and I learned a lot within a very short time span.Till date I use the teachings I got from my bosses and elders in GrameenPhone, and I am much indebted to that organization for building my base upon which I forged my career.
How do hackers make money?
Your question is a realistic one.I had the same doubts years ago until I met a hacker.There are two types of hackers#WHITE HAT HACKERS(ETHICAL)These guys are the good guys which stands on the sides of the law.These guys make money by working for companies and websites and even the government for protection and encryption against the bad guys.#BLACK HAT HACKERS.-These guys are the bad guys.They operate on basis of their organization and interests.There are millionaire hackers who helps big mafias in ATM THEFT AND identity theft(these pricks can even hack CCTVs and jam security gimmicks).And even homeless ones who hacks facebook and other personal informations for just a few bucks.I didnt knew my neighbour was a black hat until one day.One day a black Cadillac Escalade was in front of her house.I saw two black men negotiating with her and I saw them trying to hurt her.I approached them and requested them to leave.They didnt want to make an issue and they left.Afterwards I asked her what's her real job.She always told me that she worked from home as programmer.She told me they are going on a heist and wanted her hacking skills to open the computer controlled gates and deactivation.They offered her 100k for a night but she wanted 500k which was the issue.She told me they are going to make more than 10 million in one night.I was shocked by this.I requested her to stop this job which was evil and made her restless.Yeah she didnt enter the heist and she now retired from hacking with which she made more than 20 million in her lifetime,she was just 28.She settled somewhere in switzerland landing her money there.Happy Ending??,No most of them die with the mafias and highly clever and charismatic ones will only survive and enjoy the fruits of their evil deeds.I hope you dont try crap like this.Good Luck
What are the opportunities after completing my BBA degree from 'IBA of Dhaka University', I will get? Can anyone detail the whole fact?
Having a BBA degree from IBA will definitely give you access to apply for jobs in numerous sectors. Some popular career choices of IBA graduates according to my seniors include British American Tobacco, Unilever, HSBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Grameenphone, Robi, GSK, Marico and etc.However, you will need to maintain a decent CGPA as per the requirement of different institutions in order to apply to these jobs.One of the other hand, some of my seniors are establishing their own startups and digital marketing agencies such as Purplebot digital, 10 Minute school, Lightcastle Partners and Kaizen CRS.

How much does an actor in a commercial get paid?
This depends who the actor is and what their agent is able to negotiate. Angelina Jolie might literally be offered millions to make a commercial. Commercials are highly desirable jobs because an actor is not only paid to make the commercial but usually is paid every time the commercial plays on every channel throughout the world. In a popular commercial an actor can acquire not only a lot of money for no additional work but because they are seen by millions of people a day they sometimes become famous at least for the time the commercial runs. Think of the old lady who asked “Where’s the beef?” in the hamburger commercial, or the guy who kept saying “I can’t believe I ate the whole thing,” in the antacid commercial. To me anyway, those actors are more memorable than the products they were advertising, not necessarily a good thing to those paying to advertise.Even as a new actor, you make a lot of money doing commercials and most advertisers are looking for “fresh faces” so there’s a good chance of getting one. If you have been offered a commercial job and are asking this question to figure out whether what they’re offering you is fair, I’d suggest calling an agent, perhaps someone a friend is already under contract with, and ask them to negotiate this for you. Small businesses may try making their own commercials and offer you a flat fee not including residual use of the footage. Depending on how long the shoot is going to be you should be paid between $500 and $1500 dollars a day plus a residual every time the commercial is played on television or elsewhere. This may sound like a lot of money but you will be indisposed for hours while they shoot and reshoot this from numerous angles.
