Well, There was this one time where followers just poured in and i didn't now why. Within 3 days i gained 400 followers. Go google "The missing E" And install it. (You'll need either Safari, Chrome, or Mozilla.) Go to the post features and go to the box that says "Better Reblogs" Click the box that says "Quick 1-click reblogs" And now when you reblog things, you can do it from your dashboard and not from another page. I was reblogging like crazy, almost every post I reblogged. The more you blog, the more your URL gets seen on other user's dashboards. But don't go reblogging something you don't even know anything about. Like if you're not a fan of Harry Potter, don't reblog something about Ron Weasly. Also, follow Tumblr Famous people. They do a lot of promotions and if you are one of the "first 150 to reblog" you could gain anywhere from 1-30 new followers depending on how many followers they have.

I had about three-hundred to five-hundred, I think, before I made a really popular post, and now I have two-thousand and some. Just try making relatable, comedic posts, and remember to tag the crap out of it. If it becomes popular, you will gain a lot of followers. Either that, or join a popular fandom. Another option is to go under the follow for follow/follow back tag, and start following people, and they will probably follow back. Good luck! It's hard to get into Tumblr, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be addicted!

it differs on the blog, ive had mine since aug and have 350+ followers. my friends had hers for a year and has around 200. just tag your photos and reblog, but really it isnt about the followers. you just have to have fun with it and post things youll like :3
