How To Get More Page Views For Your Blog

How to view your Tumblr page views?

You have to have a counter to view your page views. Tumblr doesn't have an option for that. I've seen many, many, many, many different people counters. I don't know which one you're talking about, so I'll just put a few down.

This one counts the overall people who have been on your blog, the amount of visits you've had ever since you put this on your page.

This one is a flag counter, and counts the amount of people visited your blog since you put it there, plus what country their from, illustrating the flag.

This one counts the amount of people currently on your blog, not of all time. For this website you have to make an account to get this, but it's free.

This counter is a 3D map of the world, and it counts BOTH the overall count of visits since you put this there, and recent visits (recent visits, not necessarily people there at the moment). It pin points a fairly accurate estimate of where the people are from. You can edit the settings to what you would like to show yourself.

All of these counters are free and easy, by the way.

How to View My Own Tumblr Page?

Its the exact same as when you view it, only instead of the "customize" button at the top right corner it says "follow"/"unfollow".

To view your blog you can:
1. Just click on your own icon on your dashboard.
2. Type your Tumblr url in the address bar.
3. You go to your blog title at the top of your screen and click it. Then you look at the top of the side bar, it says "Open {YOUR BLOG TITLE}" and click it.

How many pageviews should a blog have to get adsense approval?

Hi,It's a complete myth that you need to have traffic to get adsense approval on your blog. I've approved many adsense accounts of different countries by now and tested a lot of things regarding them.If you're aiming for a long term blog, here are a few simple things you (or anyone) can follow:Get a clean template.Keep proper navigation for readers.Post 10-15 articles to be on the safe side (Sometimes, you might get approval with just 2 or 3 good posts).Make all the important pages: About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy & Disclaimer. If you've already got disapproval from the Adsense team, here are a few points you need to take care of before applying:Make sure follow all the above listed requirements.Never ever apply with the same email address again.Never use the same residential address for applying. You can also prefer using a different name (You can always change it later, once you've got approval). Also, a few more points you can take care of,Always explain in detail the motive of your blog in the about page.Your contact us form should be working properly.Use good websites to create privacy policy & disclaimer for your blogs. It doesn't matter whether your blog has some traffic or not (You can get approval with even 0 visitors). You can get adsense approval even when your blog isn't indexed by the search engines. So, this is all you need to take care of while applying for adsense for the first time or even after 100 times, you'll definitely get the approval. If you find my answer helpful then do follow me on Quora.
