How To Get My Salary Slip Myself

I faked my salary slip to show a higher salary to a prospective employer. What are the chances that this will come out in the background check, and what are the ways companies perform the salary check of a candidate?

You just did a blunder. My advice, don’t join the company.I came cross a person who did the same back at Wipro Technologies. This was his third company. The sequence of events happened as follows. When he left the first company his salary was 10k. He faked it to 20k and then ended up getting a job of 35k per month.Since it was a startup(or better say luck) he managed to escape. Later, after working for a year with the firm he was interviewed by a wiproite. Fortunately, he got through and ended up at 60k per month. Everything was working fine until his peers found out that he had very substandard skills. He could not even get the basics right forget about bigger things. So there was background check. The result, company found that the person faked his salary in 2nd as well as his 3rd company(Wipro) in order to get a high pay. He was terminated the very next day. He’s still looking out for work. So, if you are not getting a high paying job or calls then it means either you are applying for a company that has very high expectation or you are lacking the skills which the company seeks. If you fake your salary then you may get a job but remember, at the end of day you are cheating yourself. Hence, time find you, and when it comes the only thing that will be left is regret. Remember with higher pay comes more responsibilities, more quality work and even much more expectations. Dude, world is smarter than you think so its high time you rectify your blunders.

Can someone tell me the meaning of AED, as in salary 40 K (AED pm)?
I am thinking about working overseas for the first time and have been offered jobs in Dubai and other places around the gulf. I have come across several new terms and expressions most of which I have worked out for myself but I have yet to figure out what AED refers to in regards to salary. I don't want to appear to naive and inexperinced to a potential employer by asking them so hoping for some answers here. Tahanks

How do you prepare yourself with constant job rejection slips?

Check your resume, it all starts there. See if it can still be improved. Practice for interviews too. If all else fails, keep trying still.

Paid salary make less than minimum wage...legal?

Minimum wage has nothing to do with salary employees. I worked in a call center for over 3 1/2 years and when I divided my hours into how much I made I was being paid less than minimum wage. Salary jobs are only great when you work really close to 40 hours a week. This is one of the main reasons I went into business for myself and get to work from home. If you are interested in doing the same send me and email and I will hook you up with the information.
