Go to phone app, dial the following number-*#0*#You will get a screen with following options (Not All) Click on Vibrations as shown above. If the phone vibrates, then there is some issue with Settings or Software. Restart or Reset should help you. Of it doesn't vibrates, time to visit the service center. Good Luck :)

There's nothing to be embarrassed about - but if you are then you can always buy online, that way you can see what would be best, shop around, and they send them in discreet packing.
