How To Get People To Stop Thinking I

How do I get people to stop thinking I'm a slut?

Don't think of suicide. I get bullied every single day of my life so much that I can't go down town on my own because I'm to scared. I have thought about suicide a lot of times believe me. But I won't ever do it because I have my family and my whole life ahead of me. I'm 14 and have to stay on for school for 4 more years. Just think of it as your in a tunnel but at the end their is something beautiful. Give yourself something to look forward too and just ignore those bastards, they're just jealous that they haven't xx

How do i get people to stop thinking i'm stupid?

Whoopdee..I'm grey! Come on my sweetness. You're only ditzy cause...someone said??? Someone once told my mother I would not be anything other than a farmers wife, if I was lucky! I wanted to be a bulldozer driver! Or a veterenarian. I went away from that, became a fishing skipper.YEAH!! SEE!! In New Zealand, 1978 I became the first woman diesel engineer.1979 I became the first New Zealand Inshore Fishing Skipper. What almost made it impossible was...I was kneehigh to a duck and I was a woman and I was classified as a Maori! So... what's your carry on? Blonde? I should have been so lucky! Cheers

How do I get people to stop thinking that I like someone?

Does it really matter?  There's not enough data here to understand why it's so bad for someone to think you like someone else.  How would you react if someone said you liked (random name of someone you don't know)?  You wouldn't react would you?  So if it really matters that people think you like someone and they are incorrect, then just don't react when they say that; ignore them.  It won't take long for them to drop the teasing, if you don't react.

How do I get people to stop thinking I'm spoiled?

It was my best friends birthday the other day. There were a bunch of people around when i gave her a present. She opened it and was thrilled when she saw I had given her a 3DS XL. I have my own business (I'm 16, I know it's weird) and I worked very hard to make money to get her it. She comes from a pretty poor family and we are both pokemon fans. She had been depressed because her job doesn't pay her anything and we can't continue playing the games together like we always do. People noticed and immediately started calling us both spoiled. I don't mind being called spoiled because I've grown used to ignoring people, but it's really started getting to my friend. All I wanted to do was give my friend an awesome present, but now people don't shut up about us being spoiled brats. How can I make this stop?

How can I make people stop thinking I'm a lesbian?

Near enough everyone in my year thinks I'm a lesbian - including my best friend, who still denies it but she clearly feels uncomfortable around me. I'm not a lesbian, nor do I have anything against those who are but ive omit really like how people assume I'm a lesbian. I wear dresses and heels and makeup and I have long straight hair yet I still get called "butch". As far as I know, I don't ACT like a lesbian, I'm a massive flirt around guys. I asked two of the boys why they think so, and one said, "because you have huge ****, and lesbians always have huge ****" and another said, "because you dye your hair".... So basically the two most irrational explanations. It's not like I don't make it obvious that I'm very much attracted to guys, I never stop talking about them and I have photos of them all over my iPad! The only reasons I can think of that people would assume I am one, is because I play games like COD and everything, and I'm better than most the boys, and because I also play football (soccer) and obviously I guess people assume that means I'm attracted to girls. How can I convince them that I'm not?

How do I get people to stop thinking I'm a lesbian?

It seems to me that you are dealing with some type of inner contradiction. You say that you ‘flirt’ with friends, and that you don’t have a problem with people assuming that you are gay, but you wish that people would stop thinking about you. When you will have sorted out this inner conflict, you will either:Find their assuming that you are gay amusing, and ‘mess with their heads’, about it,Or,You will cool down with the flirting, and become much more descrete, in general, not giving people anything to find you interesting for, and hence leave you in peace.

Why do people think I'm rich, and how can I get people to stop thinking I'm rich?

I get this all the time. Here's what I feel. But its just me, and I could be wrong. I spend within my means. Which means I am never in a situation where I am in desperate need for money, which essentially means I don't borrow money from my friends. Worse, I always have some spare cash when they need money to sort out some urgent issues (they do pay back). Since they know my spending patterns, ( I spend as much as others but not just on credit) the borrowing became regular. Then they started taking lightly and started being sarcastic about me being rich, asking me to pay bills when we go out for lunch etc, among other things. Some times they split the expenses, sometimes they didn't. I didn't mind paying, but what I didnt like was the fact that every time it happened, it looked like an act of insult.I started feeling the same way as you ve mentioned. They don't know my obligations, they don't know how much I have or how much I earn. But because I do not show desperateness for money, I am perceived to be rich. Here's what I did. But its just me, and I could be wrong. I started saying NO when they wanted to borrow money. I insisted on not paying the bills every time. When they are too smart about it , I just tell them that I am leaving my wallet at home (I am not a very assertive person , you see ;o), I started being assertive. It didn't go very well a few times. But I was prepared to lose a few friends. 'I looked at this way. one, I have no problems because I am cautious with money. They have problems because they are not. And it is not my duty to always help them. I should stop feeling bad about it. Two, when around them, act like them. I don't always crib about money, but when they start cribbing, sing along. When they crib about expenses, sing along. Borrowed money from them a couple of times, just to stop them borrowing from you etc etc.. you get the Idea. This seems to work so far. The RICH tagging has reduced considerably. They offer to pay bills now.I don't know if this is going to end well , but it seems to go in the right direction.
