How can i get rid of a weak stomach?

Not really, it's your body's natural reaction. The more you see of "nasty stuff" and get used to it the less it'll trigger your gag reflex. If your "weak stomach" extends to motion sickness, ginger helps - in food, tea, or tablets.

Stomach Gas Always.....Please help!?

That burning sensation is your stomach acid. My doctor prescribed me Protonix for Acid Reflux, but it helps with gas as well. Basically, it gets it all out first, then relief comes. You can talk to your doctor in general about this issue for the appropriate treatment.

In the meantime, don't skip meals or go long periods without eating. You mentioned that you are making yourself burp - which means that you are more likely than not swallowing some air. Stop doing this, as the tiny air bubbles are building up and aggravating the trapped gas. I used to swallow air and make myself burp to rid myself of the nausea I had from anxiety.

Here are common foods that cause gas:

Beans
Broccoli
Cabbage
Onions
Sugar Free Candy
Gum
Carbonated beverages such as soda
Apple Juice

You can also experience such symptoms if you are lactose intolerant. To test this, drink a small glass of milk and see if the gas worsens.

You never discussed your poop. If it's loose or watery, then it could be an array of issues, such as IBS or Chrohns Disease. Fortunately, there are treatments for those conditions.

Is there any way to get a stronger stomach for carnival rides?

I'm going to the fair today and sometimes I get sick. I kind of have a weak stomach and I was thinking about riding the Zipper. ( don't know if you know what ride that is) but anyway, I just wanted to know if there was any way to make your stomach stronger.

Why does my stomach get upset after eating Indian food?

Typically homemade Indian food may not be as deadly on the digestive system as food in restaurants. I presume you have your problem because you have been eating out once too often. You would have noticed the emphasis on eating curd with an Indian meal in the form of plain yoghurt or buttermilk - sweet or salted, raitas of pineapple/boondi or dumplings (pakori or dahi wada) in yoghurt sauce. There is a reason for this. Yoghurt contains good gut bacteria which aids digestion and soothes the irritation the spices in the food cause. You should take care to have some non-spicy form of yoghurt (dahi) with an Indian meal (north/east/west/south). One more thing Indians do after a meal is to eat some digestive like Aniseed (sonf) or betel nut (supari) or betel leaf (paan). This helps digestion, too. So that is one more thing you could do to settle your stomach.Of course, the best thing to do would be to eat sensibly and order food after checking with the waiter and having less spicy things on the menu. And, don't forget the yoghurt, paan and, if all else fails, a sachet of good old Eno in a glass of water!
