well the exercising part is a great idea. The not eating part is a horrible idea.Your body needs food to fuel it so that it can move and so that the heart can pump and the rest of your body parts can do what they are supposed to do properly. Eat to live.When I was told by my nutritionist that I should be eating 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks in order to lose weight I about flipped. I had been eating only one meal a day thinking that would be best to lose weight. Less calories in, less to keep on right? Wrong.Eating healthier food, means that they contain less calories and you can actually eat more of them which fills your stomach up and helps to keep your systems cleaned out and your body full and fueled up which gives you lots of energy to do the things you need to do, and the things you want to do. Will help you sleep better too. Though that could have been more me cutting way down on the amount of caffeine I have in a day. I drink decaff everything or herbal “teas” which are more infusions than a tea. I sleep so much better than when I was having caffeine.I feel better I’ve lost weight and am still losing weight.
