I need suggestions on a slim fit suit?

I'm looking into purchasing my first suit. I'm running for a position on the board of directors at my school and will be required to attend monthly meetings and occasional conventions where "professional attire" is mandatory. I'm also at the age where my friends are starting to get married so I could really use a nice suit.

I'm open for all suggestions but I'm primarily looking for SLIM fit suits in darker colors (ie. black, gray or navy). I'm willing to drop roughly $500.

A little about me:
-Male
-21yo
-5'11"
-155 lbs.
-Filipino/Japanese
-Black hair
-Brown eyes
-32 waist (not sure length, 32/34?)
-M shirt (not sure of my exact measurements)
-Size 9 shoes
-I wear my hair in a Beckham style faux hawk

Anyways, just looking to get suggestions on some nice suits.

Hanging belly flab 5weeks after c-sect I Need suggestions to find the right tummy slimmer!!!!!?

i gained al ot of weight due to preaclamsia i already lost 40ponds . i've been wearing a band that covers the hanging belly flap at the bottom where i got stiched up, but it levaes the top bludging out so it doesnt hide anyhting. I need something that covers from underneath my bra & covers the belly flab that hangs . I bought a a tummy and teigh slimmer ,but that doesnt work cuz it doesnt cover the top ?

How much should you run everyday to get your legs slimmer?

First, I'm a long-time runner. Running WILL make your legs slimmer. You don't bulk up if you do a lot of training. Doing squats WILL make your legs bigger since it's muscle training and not cardio.

Here's the thing. Running everyday will lead to injury. You'll end up hurting yourself from fatigue, overuse, and wear-and-tear.

Try running 3 times a week for three miles. Once you do that for a month, up it to 4 times a week.

Then, start doing a longer run on the weekend (5-8 miles), and three short runs during the week (Tues-Wed-Thurs 3 miles-4 miles-3 miles). You HAVE to give yourself time to heal and repair your body, or you'll have problems.

im 15 years old im a 32FF i have rly bad back problems my mom says tht we should go visit a doctor because the pain is bad im a slim girl i weigh 117 and im 5"5 how can they go away? i mean its not great having big breasts like tht but i dnt want a reduction i dont want any surgery on my breasts i didnt start off using an a when i was 9 years old i was a high B what do u guys recomend i do?



im a 32FF but it fits way to tight i just want the back problems to go away i wear sports bras or a good bra to keep my chest up but it doesnt work i never thought i would have this problem u see girls out there wanting to have big boobs its hell i hate it the back prob just happend recently because i played soccer and volley ball it hurts when i run. plus when i talk to boys i feel like they look at my chest more then my face i have heard im very pretty but the chest is better i dnt understand y i have green eyes long black hair im light skinned straight teeth but my self esteeem is so low because of my breast size


but i am scared of getting a breast reduction i dont want anymore pain on my body i can barely take my back as it is. if anyone is going threw this it would make me feel a lot better if u shared it wit me. the pain is so strong i cry. the humiliation is so bad i cant buy bras anywhere i order them online or get them custom made and honestly 32ff is to small the comfertable size on my breasts were they can feel tht they can breath is 32G but how humiliating is tht? i cant wear low cut shirts or cut shirts tht show a little skin without being called a whore or a slutt if u have any good information cause u know someone who has been threw this plz help me it would make me feel less insecure and less scared

if you must snack between meals, choose something healthy like an apple or a smoothie.
you can still eat junk food, just in moderation, the key is knowing when to stop.
exercise is VERY important, and the more you exercise, the more you can treat yourself.
I would recommend sit-ups and threadmill for you.
avoid carbs but not too much as you still need some to maintain a balanced diet.
drink plenty of water, it speeds up your metabolism.
drink water with your meals.
avoid foods with a high salt level as salt makes you retain water and become bloated.
don't eat after 7pm.

but don't become obsessed with all this stuff though. I don't think your stupid for wanting this and I don't think you have an eating disorder. just be careful. I know how easy it is, I'm nearly recovered from an eating disorder and I never expected I would ever suffer from one.

but I'm not trying to lecture you or judge you, but just follow those steps and you can't go wrong!

I need to lose weight, help me please?

Hello there. I appreciate any suggestions you have. Is cardio the best way to lose fat in the thighs/hips? I have cleaned up my diet well. I am 5'5", 130 lbs, pear shaped. my goal is to slim down the thighs and bulk up my arms and shoulders. I have a very thin waist. my plan now is the plan's weight training 3 days with cardio the other 4 days. Usually do treadmill 20 min workout with 4 intervals of this: 2 min 15 inlcine/3.0 pace, 2 min running 5.0 pace, then walk for a min.
