How To Get The Most Out Of Personal Training Online

A free online personal trainer?

I want to get into shape but a customizable one...

I want to get rid of stomach fat and of course fat everywhere else, but my stomach is what bothers me the most, what moves can i do everyday that i dont have to go to the gym for?

I want to be able to type in my height and weight into a website and have it come up with the results... is that even possible?

I'm doing personal training and I said $30 per session. Now I think I'm charging too little. Can I raise the price?

At this rate, even if you have back-to-back sessions for 8 hours every day and take only 2 weeks off per year, you'll be capped at a yearly salary of 37 500$. You're worth more than that. There's also the issue of the 1.5 hours for your session. That's too long. Cut that to 1h15min, that way you'll have enough time for a great workout, while still having enough time to get ready for your next session.I suggest you calculate this the other way around.Let's say you want to make 90 000$, with 4 weeks completely off per year, working on average 7.5 hours per day.48 weeks X 5 sessions per day (25 per week). You have 1200 sessions to make your 90 000$.Price per session: 75$. Any extra fees you need to pay, such as renting a space at the gym, needs to be added on top of that. Now in order to increase your chances of reaching that salary goal, I'd suggest you also do some online training, both with your current clients and others. There are a few softwares out there that can help you streamline that part of your business:TotalCoaching (Disclaimer: I'm the founder of TC)PTDistinctionTrainerize

Is hiring a personal trainer worth it?

I recently joined the community fitness center. My goals is to lose weight and improve my general endurance to keep up with my two kids. I saw today they offer personal training (the trainer is ISSA Certified). Before shelling out 40 dollars a session, I'm wondering if it is worth it.

Free online personal training certifications?

I don't actually want to get my license/certification for a personal trainer but i would like to learn all the information they know. Is there a way I can learn all of this without paying a lot of money for a certificate?

Personal Trainer Worth The Money?

It's not generally worth it. If you're motivated enough to make lasting changes, you know enough on your own. If you don't, a trainer won't help you with the no. 1 issue - dedication. seriously, i took the test and am certified as a personal trainer. It disgusted me. You can pass and be certified in a three day course, knowing practically nothing. Learn on your own, a trainer is for rich morons. Like the ones I train. Most of them lack the motivation to go anywhere; but at any rate, I offer them the services they want. it makes me a lot of money. Plus I don't end up giving them advice that injures them over 6 months like most moronic trainers.

Is getting a personal trainer worth the money?

u have to kno the type of trainer...some trainers are nothing but sellouts and only focus on making u do the work....there is nothing else that comes with it...some trainers dont have the proper techniques to help u out....i mean im a trainer and i am luckyt to have great program computer, nice gym, proper equipment and all fancy measurement equipment...therefore i am pretty well off but u ust have to meet with a trainer and see what he has to offer
