Does USA Netflix work in Mexico?
As of September 2010 Netflix has been available in Mexico. I don`t know how much the cost has changed but I paid 99 Pesos. You need a Modem and an internet service and they can take up to 1 week and if the driver can`t find the place they re shedule,you might be back in California by the time they hooh you up. Oh in most of Mexico you have to sign a contract for three months in duration. There were licencing retrictions last year and Netlix were blocking the transmission. I called their number fron Canada a couple years back and they did not have a licencing deal with Mexico, I guess they worked out some kind of deal that was favorable ( Two Bags of Cash)

Why does Netflix Mexico has more titles than Netflix USA?
I am curious as to the basis for your claim. As of today, Netflix US has 14,033 titles. There is no Netflix device capable of displaying that many titles. Many expats complain about how much poorer the selection is in Mexico.
Can the WII RVL - 001 USA model connect to Netflix ?
I know that most anything will allow you to connect your tv to Netflix through a video game consol. Like wii, Xbox, playstation... But I've heard weird things about this particular model a while back. Things like you can't play audible CDs or you can't watch DVDs. Does this also mean you can't connect to Netflix?
