Ways to feel energized.. Had little sleep?

The only thing that will really work is sleep. When I'm in your situation though I drink coffee, and try to eat a really nutritious breakfast to keep myself going. I also take an extra long shower to try to wake myself up more. Good luck, I hope you figure something out.

You have two issues which you are mixing up. The first one is of the energy being less and the second one is that you sleep a lot. For the first issue of the energy you need to make sure that you are doing adequate exercise and that will make sure that your energy levels are reasonable high. Initially you will find that this is not happening but once you try it out a number of times you will see a marked result. Exercise and maintaining positivity is a good way to boost up your energy levels. Next is sleeping too much. This is ok if you sleep too much but what is important is that you need to be efficient and productive when you are awake. That will mitigate your sleeping too much. As you try this, you will reduce your guilt of sleeping too much and will then cut down in the sleep time in your own for the reason that you will be feelin positive due to your productivity. Also eat less or least when you sleep and that will give due rest to your digestive system and when you wake up you will feel less tired. Eating a lot before sleep is a mistake a lot of people make. That's good enough for you to get rid of  the issue.
