How To Give Something

How do you give up something that you love the most?

Yes i give up on the memories which i loved the most. Actually we don’t miss the person, we miss the memories which we made. Those memories were the most happiest memories. So after all after wasting so much energy, i decided to give up on those memories.I just thought about my work, my career, my family and myself. This is the game of mind. You have to change your mindset and focus on yourself. wasting energy on useless things will give you nothing, but on you, it will definitely make the best version of you. what we are, it is just the reflection of thoughts. So start thinking about how can you influence people, how can you help them. Just grow no matter what. I know its not easy to forget those memories but we have to focus our energy on productive things.Change your thoughts about yourself, you will feel the change! Invest your energy in useful things just like as you invest money.Peace!

How to convince someone to give you something?

Use rhetoric: ethos, pathos, logos.

Ethos: Why should she help YOU out? You're her brother. She should be obligated to help you out in your time of need.

Pathos: Appeal to her emotions. Assure her that you'd do the same thing for her (assuming you're a pretty good little brother), and that money is something you really need. Explain to her how badly you want/need it. If you've done anything good for her in the past and these favors have yet to be returned, now is the best time to bring them up.

Logos: Logical reasoning. She's probably old enough to find a more respectable job as opposed to dog walking. Dog walking is something for kids to do to get some cash and work experience at an early age. This job was passed down to her from her older brother, and so it's only right that she passes it down to you when you came of age. You need the work experience more than she does. Besides she has plenty of other jobs around the neighborhood to fall back on. What's the harm in parting with one of them? It's for family. And if it doesn't work out, let her know she can have the job back. If all else fails, maybe let her in on how much money you plan to make, and assure her that you'll only want the job for x amount of time. After all, some money is better than no money.

Hope I helped.

At what point is it time to give up on something and realize that you can’t keep trudging along and hope for a favorable outcome?

When that feels like the right answer. Your gut knows. The thing is, we can give up physical journeys but still be on the same spiritual journey. I don’t think the individual paths we are presented with are as important as we give them credit for.Favourable outcomes come from change. As the saying goes, You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it. Trudging along is not going to get you to any there, you are just walking in place. You have to change your thoughts, your beliefs, and your responses to people, to change the results you are getting.Marriage is a good example. Leaving the relationship definitely changes the marriage. That pretty much signs it’s death warrant. What people often fail to understand is that we teach people how to treat us. If one person changes their actions and reactions in the relationship, it forces the other person to change. When one person becomes empowered to have new beliefs and thoughts about things, then the other person is forced to reconsider things to. People act dysfunctional, because it works for them! One person changing, changes everything. Sometimes for the better, sometimes it makes a situation no longer workable, but one way or another change will come, and for the betterment of all involved.Hope is great, but it is better with thoughtful, proactive actions.

What do you do when someone gives you something then wants it back months later?

The very first thing.. Never take anything from anybody on loan.. I mean no single thing from others. And if the situation arises that you have something given by other person is like a burden sumtimes.. Though people gift other people but here its not about the gift i guess!People who take back there belongings given to you long back are like greedy one. Thats what i feel. No offence.Bec when u have to take it back why you are giving it?When you are giving it then why you need that back? Doesnt it shows your greed?Am talking about those things which are given permanently and taken back accidently. Its better to be aware next time because if someone asks you to return his or her thing back which was given to you will be a negative thing at your home if needed back.Try not to take further things from then and return it when they asked you to give back. Bec that shows your self respect. So save yourself and repect your self.Ps: no gift, rented items etc are involved.

How to get brother to give you something that is his? help?

Ask your parents. Explain to them that he has an iPhone 4 and has no need for an iPhone 3g. If that fails, or you don't feel like that will work, then try doing a favor for him. Like, hook him up with a girl he likes. Or do his laundry for a week. I know helping your brother isn't the most appealing thing to do, but if you want that iPhone, you have to make him want to give it to you. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask((:

How do I persuade someone to give me something for free?

How do I persuade someone to give me something for free? That sounds so selfish, I can’t make myself answer it. If you need something, always be prepared to offer something in return. Try not to need anything you cannot pay for in some way or another. If you need a ride but can’t pay money, maybe you can cut their grass or vacuum their living room in return.I’d much rather answer the question: How do I persuade someone to accept something from me for free?
