I am 13 and I weigh 90 pounds I think I am 5'3, I am so depressed. Everyone says I am so skinny and its making me so sad.....I just want to gain weight. NO IM NOT ANOREXTIC OR BELEMIC, I EAT ALL DAY , EVERYDAY. and I just dont understand why I cant gain weight, I cry myself to sleep because of how skinny I am, please just help someone:( I dont know what to do, Sometimes I even think about killing myself because of how skinny I am and I just want to gain 20 pounds. I'm gaining weight really fast! Help!?

So over the past 4 or 5 months I've gained a substantial amount of weight. About 15lbs. Its not extremely noticeable, but its getting there. Its all in like a pocket around my bellybutton and bottom sides of my back. When I sit i notice that my stomach gets pudgy and hands over my pants' waist line. I never had this problem before, i want it to go away! I even been running 1.5-2miles 5 times a week for 3 months. It did NOTHING. It seemed i gained weight even. My eating habits haven't really changed, other than becoming aggressively hungry after runs but I would come home, eat a normal dinner like, a pork-chop with vegetables. And late night snacks like Ritz crackers (late night studying :/). I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each meal under 500 calories. Add maybe another 400 calories in snacks. Its like my metabolism up an ran away. Now I realize my weight isn't bad, i'm about 100lbs now. My torso is REALLY short so that's why the fat is so noticable. I really want to lose(and stop gaining!) this fat, or at-least be able to sit without seeing my stomach hang over. My parents were both the same as me, very skinny, mother had two kids and was still 112lbs! But they never had this weight gain problem. I'm 5'3, 16 yrs old. What should I eat, how much should I run, how to build metabolism, does more sleep help?? What do i do??

How can a 15-year-old girl gain weight fast?

Hey.
So a lot of people are gonna say this is stupid considering most teens these days are trying to lose weight, but, being super skinny isn't fun!! I don't understand why girls aim to be skinny!
But anyway, I'm 5'2 or 3 (not sure) and I'm 93 pounds.
Everyone tells me I have chicken legs and my arms are really skinny and no bracelets EVER fit me because my arms are so thin and I HATE IT!
A lot of people also tell me I need to put meat on my bones, which is truly what I want to do regardless of what people say. Just for some reason I CAN'T GAIN WEIGHT.
I'm so self conscious when I wear tank tops! Everyone tells me I should love my body and that they all wish they were skinny like me, but when you're actually in my body it doesn't feel to nice :(
So I was just wondering if there's any quick ways to gain without taking any pills or vitamins (but if there isn't, please tell me the vitamins haha). I'm going on vacation in a few months and I hate the way I look in a bathing suit aha :(
