Hi. one of my friends, who still hasn t graduated from college and basically does nothing, started dating this guy 1.5 ago. He is presenting himself as a big manager, although he is working in his father s company. He is like a sales director or sth (also hasn t graduated yet). He drives the company s limousine, traveling around the world job-related and has a lot of money, thanks to his rich parents. My friend has never been a materialist, but now she started to change. She drives his car (his father s company s car) all the time, lets him buy her expensive presents and even expects it. She always manages to "slip in" into the conversation how he has the latest iphone, water-resistant camera etc. She neglected her education and hasn t managed to pass an exam for over a year. She also puts him first always, even if it means going back on the plans she previously made with friends. She is really starting to be materialistic and commenting on other people s clothes, cars etc. I am not rich, but I am well off, finished college, make my own money and pay my own bills, so it really hurts how she flaunts the money neither she nor her boyfriend really earned in front of me. When I start commenting on sth, she gets mad and accuses me of being jealous. And I just want my good-hearted frined back, who never before judged people by their wallet. Is that possible?

Based on Sun sign (which you can not go by alone) Sagittarius are not known to be a materialistic sign. Based on Sun sign, Taurus and Capricorn hold that honor :) I don't think you said anything materialistic though. You want an equal partnership. That is logical, imo. I am a Sadge and I haven't dated anyone who was uber well off or anything. My longest bf was w. a Cancer and he didn't make any money to speak of. I was MUCH more accomplished and driven---which I didn't like actually. So you're right to want an equal and I do too. He doesn't have to be rich though, not for me at least, but I am not marrying someone who is not competent enough to care for himself and that goes for more than just money actually.

I dont like it when guys dont care about what clothes they put on. I think its fine if a guy like clothes and etc. But when guys start acting like girls about there clothes thats when i dont like it. for example when they start talking about going to the mall because of the coolest shirt or shoes then thats a BIG no.

I'm going to actually answer this question because you're asking for opinions...I'm going to have to agree with Asian girls. I find Asian girls like to get certain specific products because they want to compete with the next Asian girl. Like teenagers or even young adult Asian women... They want to be envied by being able to wear/drive/whatever BETTER than the other Asian girls. Why do I say this? I'm not saying there are no Asian women who are a little more experimental with their fashion and their lifestyles..but how many Asian YOUNG WOMEN do you see with short hair, or wearing frumpy clothing,.. Many have to have that LV bag, that Gucci purse, etc.. so they can check out what KIND of LV bag or Gucci purse others have etc... It's just competition of who can have the most number of brand named jeans hahaha...................... NOT ALL ASIAN WOMEN.. some.. I only say this through socializing with some of my better Asian girl-friends, and the Asian girls I know as aquaintances via my Asian guy-friends.. they're the ones who got me hooked on R&Rs, Sevens, Citizens, etc.. before then I couldn't give a ****.
