How To Have Clear Skin As Some People

How do some people (like Justin Bieber) have such clear skin?

For any number of reasons people can have - or appear to have -no pimples. Some people due to family background or whatever reason just are not prone to pimples like some people never get burnt or freckle. I go to school with lots of Italians and Greeks and on some of them I have never seen one blemish, let alone a pimple on their skin in the whole time I've known them. They just don't have that kind of skin. Other people may use a skin regime of 50 products to get no pimples. In Justin Bieber's case, perhaps he isn't disposed to them. But I think its more likely that he has a very expensive regime of products that goes beyond pro activ, gets facials on a weekly basis. He would have a team who edit and photoshop photos. Don't forget makeup. Even guys wear make up at times.

Why do some unhealthy people have clear skin?

I have a former friend who drinks heavily, smokes, stays up all night clubbing, gets very little exercise (she has aweful varicose veins on her legs too) and eats very unhealthy but is still skinny and has near-perfect skin! Why?

I eat healthy, excersize regularly, drink almost nothing but water, use ProActive, and eat better but have acne issues. Doesn't make sense!!! I even spend time outside just to get some Vitamin-D and have been told that a little sun exposure might help clear your skin.

Any suggestions?

Why do Japan's people have such clear skin ?

Part of it is genetics. However, people take care of their skin in Japan, by avoiding the sun. They use sun umbrellas or wear hats to keep from getting tan, because having whiter skin is complimented on (which is the opposite in the US, where someone might compliment of tanned skin).

Also, some people go to beauty-clinic to get face massages, and there are many different types of facial cream sold in Japan, that makes your skin clearer, whiter, and spotless.

Food also contributes to the clear skin. Tea, is one, which is probably why most Asians, where people drink tea, have clear skins. However, I'm Japanese and I was talking to a Chinese hair-stylist the other day, and he said that the one different food that Japanese people eat that other Asians don't, is miso (soy-bean paste, which is used to make miso-soup). So I guess eating soy-beans are part of it.

Just eating raw foods, rice, or veggies doesn't make a difference (although greasy foods do make a difference). It's more about eating a balanced meal (since the old Japanese saying says that you should at least eat 30 different kinds of foods each day). Also, when eating the food, the old wives-tale states that you should only eat so that only 80% of your stomach is full (I don't know about whether this one contributes to clearer skin, but this is different than America, right?)

You have to remember, though, that it's not all Japanese people! Just like there are Caucasians with clear skin, and some without, there are Japanese who have clear skins, while the others do not. This applies probably to all race/ethnicities, because there are other race/ethnicities who have clear skin, too!

Why do some people have flawless skin?

fast food...greasy food..drink alot of water sweat alot and stay in shape that should make your skin glow

Why do some people's veins appear through the skin on their hands, feet and forehead, but not on other people?

As with anything health related it's an ever changing, complex and beautiful mix of genetics and environment. I'm one of those poeple with pretty standout veins, both in colour (they're bright green even through my brown skin) and level of protrusion (my hands and feet look almost like the veins run above the skin). And it's not restricted to when I've been working out and lean, mine are obvious even when carrying a good deal of extra weight. Veins are usually most prominent in areas where there is little subcutaneous fat, areas such as the top of the feet, hands, wrists, temples and forehead. Increases in the flow of blood to these areas also causes the veins to become more visible, such as after a period of intense activity (in extremities) or experiencing strong emotions (forehead/temples).There really aren't any remedies for visible veins apart from trying to hide them with clever make up. I hate to sound patronising but it's really not a problem to be worrying much about. It's not a disfigurement or even very unusual, most poeple don't notice this stuff and even the ones who do forget about in no time.Your body is far too amazing a creation to be scrutinising the smallest perceived "flaws".

Why do some people have naturally warm skin while some people have cool skin throughout the year?

Thanks Bee Zee for the A2A, it was fun as much as challenging. The present day science is unclear on whether gender influences cold tolerance and its perception. Possibly, your question falls in the grey area of science where several of ‘Men vs. women’ questions still lack clarity, the most popular being “whether men have higher sex drives than women”. However, I chose to answer this based on some evidences known so far: It is not uncommon to find two people with contrasting reactions to the same climate, one shivering as much at the sight as the chill of the early winter morning and other fanning every possible thing he/she gets their hands on.Image courtesy: Google images In concurrence with other replies to your query, it’s not just to do with your weight and size, but also your age, gender, diet, sleep patterns, lifestyle and even your happiness. We humans, being warm-blooded animals (with our body temperature averaging around 37 degrees C) has the innate ability to direct our internal body temperature, irrespective  of environment we live in, quite contrary to cold-blooded animals. But while all humans are “homothermic (homo= same; thermic= temperature), our body temperatures can differ uncontrollably.Check out this amazing video:  Page on youtube.comCore body temperature and shell body temperature (skin temperature) are regulated by1)  Brain (Hypothalamus- act as a ‘thermostat device’ set at a default setting of 37 degrees C)2) Hormones3) Thermo-regulator cells in our skin (Vasoconstriction) Feeling hot is just not limited to its physical nature; it's also dependent on our perception of temperature. A Canadian study found that individuals who are forlorn or feel separated are more mindful of an icy body temperature while socially associated individuals have a tendency to feel hotter!!!
