You have to ask yourself if you're willing to live with the effects of the wrongdoing. Once that is a part of a relationship, it's hard to heal from it. If you think that you can get past this problem and have a good strong relationship and your partner is willing to change and you can forgive them, then yes, you can always give someone a second chance. If you think this hurt will affect your relationship from now on, and that your relationship will never be as good again, you might want to give someone else a chance that won't do this to you. It's really a personal decision that is based on each individual relationship. The most important thing is that you are happy.
Should you give someone who hurt you a second chance?
It really depends on the person and the situation. We all make mistakes and no matter what kind of bond or relationship you have with someone you are bound to get hurt at one point or another. It really comes down to the severity of the hurt being put upon you.For me there are a few exceptions that i really can’t stand and won’t be giving a second chance though. If i’m in a relationship and the person who i’m with cheats on me , i will immediately terminate the relationship and never look back , the person is dead to me.Second , regarding friends and being in a relationship , constant lying and spinning the truth , i can take it for a while and give some chances to make it up to me , to explain why he/she did that , if there’s no real explanation and it doesn’t go anywhere , i will just break it off

yes i do, i always give them the benefit of the doubt. well what if, if they are already true but you did not give them any chance, so what will happen? well for me theres nothing wrong with that, remember that it is always better to love and be hurt than not to love at all.
