How can I increase my body size in 1 month?

If you are too slim, don’t expect Arnold schwarzenegger’s body size within 1 month. Increasing your body weight is a slow process you can increase only limited size. Eating too much food ends with Diabetes or other diseases. Your genetic is major factor. Always eat healthy foods. Feeding your body is like loading a truck. You cant add more load beyond its capacity. The healthy way of increasing body size/weight is split your meals into small intervals. Eat small meals every 3 hours. Maintain balanced diet. Increase protein foods. (Doesn’t mean you need protein shakes or whey protein). Eggs, Fish, Peas, Beans ,Milk are the good sources of proteins. Avoid junk foods like Cola, Soda etc.. which doesnt provide any calories. Before preparing body weight increase you first check your blood glucose, cholesterol, etc.. If you have any deficiencies first clear that then increase weight. Other vise everything would waste. For example if you have deficiency of protein digestein enzymes, The protein in food wont be absorbed.

Best way to lose weight in a month?

So, I'm 19, and I graduated high school this year so I don't have sports anymore so I'm completely lost! Over the summer I got in a really bad habit of partying all night and sleeping all day. So I gained some weight, okay... a lot of weight. around like 12 lbs! I've had a lot of stress too. I just need to get on a routine and take care of myself! I can't believe I let this happen. Well, I just REALLY want to lose these lbs before the holidays so I can look really good for my boyfriend on New Years. I'm so disappointed in myself; there is no excuse for this! Please help me. Besides telling me to get a gym membership, what can I do? good meals to eat? I don't want to be super skinny, I want to be curvy or athletic looking. I want to be healthy! Anorexic isn't healthy either. I want to feel better about myself; and I know I can be prettier than this... I'm going to attach a few photos so you all can see. Please don't be rude.. I'm just asking for some direction.

You could easily gain that amount of fat.Just eat a calorie surpluss, as high as you can (without feeling sick). You could gain 7 kg before the 4 weeks.However, I would never advise that anyone strive to specifically gain kg of fat.If you pretend to gain 7 kg of pure muscle, in 4 weeks, that is most likely impossible.Performance Enhancing Drugs could make you gain even more than 7 kg, but it would be a lot of water (kept inside the muscles) which would be lost once you stop taking the drugs.If you choose to take PED, please do so under strict medical surveillance. Has he been weighed to see if he is really loosing weight? If he is not loosing weight on the scales it could just be your mum and bf getting used to his weight. Seriously, my daughter feels lighter some times and sometimes she feels heavier. Get him weighed just to be sure. Other then that he should be ok. If he is really loosing weight talk to your dr.
